Food here used to be good. I live so close to this one and I drive to the one in Plaistow because it is WAY better. You should do the same.

Had the chicken parm excellent service was great. Next time. Great selection of chicken dishes and other options. Next time I go I'm trying the bufflo tenders and mac and cheese.

Used to be 4-star, but the servers have become quite incompetent. I ordered a pie ahead of time and they provided the wrong size and the wrong filling. Last time I got a chicken pie they forgot to put chicken in it. This place has deteriorated considerably in the last several years.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables on the menu.

I ordered via internet two 2 chicken peice plates. Both with mashed potatoes and stuffing as the sides. As both my husband and myself do not care for white meat, we paid the extra cost for both plates to come with dark meat instead. When we opened the boxes we found there was 1 peice of dark meat and one piece of white meat. The mashed potatoes were not mashed properly and were very lumpy. Will not be using them again especially after paying extra money for dark meat and not getting it.

Went to dine in as not to do dishes and after 30 min we were shouted at from the counter that we were “all set.” Then they proceeded to give us take out… not explaining why it took so long. I assume our food just sat there until they remembered because by the time we got home everything was cold and dry. No drinks in the “cooler” were cold and the person that took our order could barely pay attention because of other co workers talking about something happening on the phone. I watched as they slowly handed us our change while looking looking directly behind them. I give them two stars because as we waited- seated at a table- they were able to clean every table around us. Yikes, what a waste of money and time.

Went there for my lunch break, thought I couldn't go wrong with a grilled chicken sandwich. When i opened the container there was just a piece of grilled chicken and a bun. No condiments, no lettuce, tomato, nada! Very disappointing
I stopped in after a rough day at work. I wasn't expecting what I got but I did a chicken tender dinner and it was unreal. The tenders are small but I'm a firm believer in quality over quantity. I've never had better tenders in my entire life. The staff was younger but extremely polite and professional. It was mind blowing how well the food and their etiquette was. I 100% recommend to anyone. I'm definitely making this joint a regular stop

Asked for chicken Parm sandwich- got all the way home (20 minutes away), and saw this. On top of it, it was like eating a block of salt. Very disappointing after a long day, and hoping to have something good to eat. Not worth another 45 minutes out of my day to get it fixed.
