we've visited the Haverhill location several times over the years, most recently last night. the service was fantastic, the food was very good, and the portions, as always, we're plentiful. One of our favorite spots downtown to visit!
So we love to go there because the food has been consistently good. Tonight and again last week the burnt pork ends lacked the flavor I’m accustomed to, the Rubin was poor quality tonight. The meat was like overcooked sliced lunch meat. My wife had chicken and waffles , the chicken was very overcooked. The server wasn’t very attentive and lacked personality. While the dine-in in the past has been exceptional, tonight's takeout was disappointing, cold, overly salted, lacking flavor, and just generally blah. May give them another shot dining in, but definitely our last take out experience.
