Amazing ambiance and food! I don't like pickles, but the fried pickles were the best I have had. The slices were thin. The batter was delicate and flavorful. Every one ordered the fish and chips. Each platter came wrapped in newspaper. There were 3 huge chunks of battered haddock fried to perfection. Jars of tartar sauce and homemade ketchup along with malt vinegar were brought to the table. Huge lemon wedges came with the fish and chips. All of my future battered fish pieces...
We found this place by accident. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere is inviting, the food was amazing! Our party had the chicken curry, cottage pie and fish and chips. All were delish but the table votes the fish and chips the star of the table. It's a must visit stop!!
This is a nice Irish bar and restaurant. I would definitely go there again. I was there with 3 other relatives and the selection others made were better than what I decided to order. Still it was a great place for 4 cousins to meet and eat!
