After a bit of a hiatus, we decided to revisit the tap for a casual dining experience. The service was excellent and the food was tasty. My salad featured a generous portion of fried cheese curds and BBQ chicken. My husband ordered a fried chicken sandwich which he found to be a bit too spicy for his taste. Later that night we had leftovers due to the hefty portion of salad.
Little pricy.
Impressed and will be back. Lovely service!

We sat outside on the back porch and had a lovely view of the river. The ambiance with all of the planters boxes and beautiful flowers really added to the charm. Great, attentive service from Alex with the best recommendations! She talked up Chris’s smashburger and let me tell you, it lived up to the hype. I didn’t take a picture of it because it was gone too fast! Brussels sprouts and fries were killer too. Beer was great- loved the Low Men and Solar Plexus, but so many more good options to sample too. We were just passing through, but wish we could come back again tomorrow!

This place is a bit frustrating, it’s just to good!! There are just too many options to experience all in one sitting, especially as we are just passing through. All of the beers we sampled with the flight were fantastic, and the entire menu was a challenge to navigate as it is all amazing. We settled on the Brussels and the smash burger, both of which were 10 out of 10. The back porch and a breeze summer/fall day can’t be beat. Whether you’re me just passing through or a seasoned local - give this spot a shot. Alex, our server, was fantastic, and we can’t wait to come back (maybe even as soon as tonight for dinner!). Thanks for the great time to everyone at Tap Brewing Co!

0/10 don’t recommend. Better options in the area.
Amazing, hidden gem! You won’t find a more beautiful outside seating than the Tat brewery overlooking the Merrimack river. Our waitress Mia, was not only excellent, attentive and friendly, but she is a master gardener. Creating the most beautiful floral atmosphere on the huge deck!. One of the best dishes often missed by locals and first timers is the. Smoked carrots dish yes, you can upscale it with the additional protein, but an amazing flavor. And the scallops And the nachos were over the top. I’m not only a fan I will now be a regular.

Two of us came for dinner early on a Saturday afternoon. We got right into a table in the bar. The bartender came right over for a drink order. The beer I wanted to try was out, so I settled for an IPA. IPAs aren’t really my thing, but if they’re yours, you will have a good selection. I ordered a side salad and a double smash burger. Everything was good, it’s just the entree came out shortly after the salad so I wasn’t finished yet. The salad was fairly large for a side salad which was great. The fries are hand cut which is awesome of course.Service was excellent, and the food wasn’t bad either. I would like to come back when the weather isn’t so disgustingly hot and sit on the deck.

The deck is really nice except for the super aggressive starlings that need to be managed. The Mac and cheese was literally shells with a pound of gross melted cheese on top and the "medium" burger was nearly raw. Servers were good but not good enough to make up for the faults. Inside smelled like urine and had obnoxious loud trivia

Absolutely one the places to go and sit on the deck outside by the river enjoying good weather.
the beer selection is awesome as well. Food is hit or miss depending since they have changed their menus from couple years ago. We got the Brussel sprouts which were great and Nacho for apps. Nachos were lacking cheese severely unfortunately.
for dinner their homemade bean burger was great and so was the fish and chips . no complaints.
Overall it is over to go spot for deck dinning in summer .

I'm a transplant from the middle of the country and have no strict rules around how to serve lobster (hot vs cold, never on a pizza!, etc) so feel empowered to say th lobster grilled cheese was one of the most amazing lobster experiences of my nearly 5 years in Massachusetts. I had a flight of beers followed by a pint of one and my friend and I relaxed on the patio for more than two hours (slightly risking a parking ticket when my meter ran out). Our server was perfectly attentive and rewarded our patience during the lunch rush with an extra taste of our favorite brews. I would drive for that sandwich and service again and again (I'm in Cambridge).
