When my cousin asked if I want to try a place with good birria and strong drinks, I was, quite literally, like "say no more fam". Triana's is small with a small menu but it's really cute inside with friendly staff. We got to meet Triana and she was so sweet. Rick was an awesome server. They weren't serving liquor the night we went, so that was extremely disappointing. They did have beer though. But the birria was really good. Crisp, with flavorful meat and consommé. We also tried the tres leches cake and it was delicious. Chips and salsa were fine. The experience was truly enjoyable and I'd go back if they start serving cocktails.

I Just went there today due to all the videos on tik tok and had really high hopes however the birria tacos were crispy on one side and soggy on the other, the consommé had no flavor! unfortunately they didn’t have guacamole so I can’t review on that. I’m not sure if the ac wasn’t working or they didn’t have it on but it was extremely hottt in there today which made it uncomfortable to enjoy a lunch.When we went they only had one waiter to my surprise but he was very nice and the food came out quick so that was a plus for us.

Went in around 11pm Friday and we sat away from the crowds. We received menus and the server came back with chips and salsa. We weren't serviced for 10 minutes after that. As we're sitting there wondering why we weren't even asked what we wanted for drinks, a group of 3 people came in, were seated and got their orders taken before us. After 15 minutes of sitting and waiting just munching on chips and salsa, we walked out. Their menu was expensive for what you'd get too.

This place is incredible! The birria is the most amazing meal of any kind I've ever had! Can't recommend this place enough. Staff is very friendly as well.

This place is absolutely beautiful inside. But that just didn't make the cut. From the moment we walked in the person who worked there just stared at us (my husband, 2yr old and myself). I said ok do we just sit anywhere, he said yes yes! Ok cool, we sit I order our drinks and my daughters food. He comes back 10 minutes later and asks if we are ready to order I said just an appetizer and are our drinks coming? He said of course. Soooo 10 minutes after that our drinks still weren't made. We didn't even have a glass of water and we were the only ones there besides the gentlemen that got there 5 minutes after us and had a beverage. I would've loved to stay but I am not spending $15 on a drink I have to wait 20 minutes for let alone $20 for a set of tacos. This place has potential but needs staff!

The food was great but the service was bad. Our waiter took our drink and food orders before another table was seated. By about10 minutes. They received their drinks before us by about 15 minutes. My food came first then the the other table got theirs. I said something because the other person that I was with had not received their food yet. We had to wait about another 10 to 12 minutes before his meal came. During our time waiting another waiter came over to try to take our order, before we even received our drinks. I had to say that we already placed our order with the other waiter. I understand that there is a shortage in the restaurant business, but I watched how they treated the other table. There was no issues with their service. It is unacceptable for how they handled it with us. I will not be returning to this resturant because of the bad service. This was my first time and my last time.

Sub par on almost every measure. Tried calling before arriving, phones were out of service (bad sign). Arrived to what can only be described as a black box with chintzy decor on the walls capped off by dance club style moving lighting elements (another bad sign). The whole place had the feel of hole in the wall nightclub thrown together on a shoestring budget last minute. Find a space, add some wobbly cafeteria tables , add non matching cheap plastic chairs, throw some pictures on the wall and baubles on the shelves, accent with plastic plants and moving disco lights..... On to food and Service: All of the above is fine if the food stands out somehow. Well, the mango margaritas were thick on the bottom with what can only be described as cheap mango concentrate past its expiration date. Practically undrinkable. Our server did not seem to know a single dish on the menu (as with each order he said "which one??" and needed things pointed out directly. Same goes for a simple beer. Ordered Dos XX from the menu and he was baffled as if he'd never heard of it before. In a Mexican restaurant?) We hung in there hoping the food reviews we'd seen online got it right. Sadly, there's no accounting for taste. Semi-overpriced plates consisting of little more than some shredded chicken or beef simmered in basic Mexican seasoning with some onion and cotija thrown on. No sides aside from a few thin slices of raw radish and cucumber. All tortillas deep fried. Flavors were okay but fairly average in that "nothing vibrant or fresh, just long simmered" sort of way. Tab came out on multiple hand written tickets with separate totals that we had to add together ourselves (because apparently there's no register or point of sale system.....adding to the slapdash thrown together vibe....which also explains the "cash only" policy. Clearly no credit card payment system either.) Really wanted to like it but cannot recommend.

This is the second time getting takeout from Trianas and they did not disappoint. Fantastic food at a reasonable price! Everyone there is super polite and the place is spotlessly clean. I 'll definitely be bavk!

We love the atmosphere. Great location. Make sure you have some time set aside to eat there. Not slow just not fast. Food was great looking forward to trying to trying tacos next time
