Joselene was able to accommodate my order in what I would think was a short notice. She made my son a delicious cookies and cream with butter cream frosting bluey cake for my son’s 3rd birthday.
Everyone was amazed and the birthday. It was happy.
She’s is reliable, professional and easy to place orders with. Her prices are great and the cakes are beautiful and delicious.

Joselene made the most amazing Alice in wonderland cake for my daughter’s first birthday. She was quick to reply to my inquiry initially and made a cake that was better than the sample pictures I sent her for design ideas. Everyone at the party remarked about the detail in the design and how delicious the actual cake was. She will be our only bakery going forward and would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a cake or custom cake!

Got a cake and cupcakes for my daughters 8th birthday party. I contacted the bakery online and was answered within 24 hours by Joselene. The finished products were absolutely beautiful and delicious. We will definitely use United Cakes Bakery for future event.

My sister sent me this birthday gift set with cakes in a jar and cookies and at first the packaging was cute and pink but the cookies were all unflavored and the cakes tasted like candles. It was delivered with no ice pack inside the packaging. It comes from Haverhill ma and it was shipped to Florida. So pretty much the cakes were melted. I wouldn't suggesting ordering from them again and I hope my sister is able to get her money back. Not only that but the 1st order was never delivered and my sister was not given a tracking number then they resend another order with tracking number but the order itself was just not eatable. I'm more than happy to delete this review once my sister is given a full refund!!!

The owner Joseline had to cancel the Barbie decorating class due to pregnancy which is totally understandable but what is not understandable is my $67 still has not been credited since 8/3/23. I’ve emailed her at least 4 times and she even had the audacity to turn it around on me, trying to blame me for emailing the few times I did. She is a bully and rude. You told us we would get refunded within 3-5 business days- it’s been over one month since 8/3/23. Terrible customer service and terrible business practices. My credit card still has not been refunded since 8/3/23 where she cancelled event, and todays date is 9/14/23, totally unacceptable! She claims she refunded me my money, but per my credit card, she has not. Do not do business with this company, not honest and very rude! Just got off phone with my cc company and spoke with supervisor who also stated she never refunded me and now she has threatened me stating I’m harassing her when she is the one at fault. Wow! Horrific.Please see the email she just sent me:“ Michelina,We refunded the amount when we said we did. We're not going to continue to do this with you. Contact your credit card as you stated you would do.You are harrassing us at this point and we will have to take it further and report you if it does not stop.You left your review, great and mentioned that you will not to business with us again. That is absolutely fine. I can assure you your $67 is not something worth "stealing"Once again, if you continue to harrass us, we will have to take further action.Have a good one. ”

Because the owner asked me to "elaborate":The owner / Joseline is a bully. Cupcakes are old, crusty, dry and her and the shop won't take responsibility for their tasteless, overly priced products. Even look at the comments here, when anyone has constructive feedback or an opinion other than a 5-star review, owner is rude, nasty, and ready to battle and belittle. My 2 year old can make a tastier treat.
We booked a make your own cake date night and it was perfect! Check out their social media for other events the owner and her assistant are so sweet plus I learned a lot!

Cute little cupcake shop! Their earl grey tea cupcakes are divine, as are most of their cupcakes. The baker is super nice and friendly, location is extremely well decorated.Wished they were open just a tad later, but probably a good thing so I don't impulsively buy delicious cupcakes!

4.1? My wife picked up some cupcakes about a month back after a long walk with some friends; they were fantastic. S'Mores and B'day cake I believe. Also, dog friendly business. Prices seemed fine (inflation hits small businesses harder than big businesses; also, this is America, if you don't like a price go someplace else, you have options and bashing a small business on price is non-sensical). As for taste, the buttercream was rich and the cake was fluffy; so a solid cupcake one would say.
