CHECK YOUR ORDER. I DoorDash from them occasionally and I swear 80% of the time I receive the wrong item or it’s missing all together.. happened so many times at this point I won’t DoorDash from them because I’m just losing money on food I don’t even receive..

Inside kind of look like things have been torn out like they were going to do a remodel but the food was hot and the people were friendly.
Please believe me when I say that was the longest wait for fast food I've ever lived through. If every employee there wasn't not legally declared handicapped than I'd be amazed. I promise I didn't ask for a frozen patty despite the popular want of such a treat, but boy oh boy did I get a cold patty. I'm certain my blind dog could have done a better job making my food, also he died 3 years ago. I would have asked for my money back but my birthday would have passed before they could comprehend what I was asking for (my birthday is in may). The fries was ight tho.

They messed up on my order, but was corrected. Then they messed up on another customets order, Which was also corrected. Seemed like it was all just a chatty group. Maybe if the register person was not too interested on the conversation in the back she might have gotten the orders correct. Tables were dirty. Then there was a bicycle or Ebike in the lobby. Looked like the place was unprofessionally run. I will not be back to thst store.

Poor poor customer service. Nasty, snarky reps on phone. I am paying for service and quality food, not to be intentionally overcharged and treated poorly. Why don’t you just shut it down and start over somewhere else?

got a baconater with only one patty one cheese and some bacon, worker tried arguing it was right when its supposed to come with two pattys two cheese and 2x bacon.
