Staff was HORRIBLE. 3 customers WALKED OUT while we were there after waiting more than 15 minutes for their food... They weren't that busy either...and these kids think they should be paid $15+ an hour?! I don't think so... You're costing the company money in walkouts and food waste.
They lack customer service skills at this location. You walk in no one greets you and they all seem to have a bad attitude when you order.

Chicken bacon ranch wrap was messy. I should have taken a picture. the atmosphere was just okay. Kids came in, sat down, and asked each other their sexual orientation. I went overland and said it's nice that you can talk openly about it, but it was not the place to discuss.

One of the employees at the 1st window saw my dog in the backseat and asked if he liked chicken nuggets (he certainly does). He disappeared for a second and came back with two cooled down chicken nuggets and gave them to my dog, which he very, very thoroughly enjoyed.
I NEVER get genuine human interaction at chain fast food places, but this guy seriously made both of our days so much better.
The food was fast, hot, and they followed my order customization perfectly. This Wendy’s is 100% worth going out of the way to visit.
