The service was great, the girls at the time were very nice and friendly! Even hit a free taco cone!

Strawberry and vanilla is the two most common flavor but they did not have either.

I recently the Cold Stone Creamery in Holbrook and paid $10 for a small sundae that was frankly not worth it. The hot fudge tasted artificial, and the whipped cream clearly wasn’t real.

On top of that, the service was just as disappointing. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping and were more focused on chatting with each other about their weekend plans than paying attention to customers.

ColdStone used to be known for its high quality and friendly atmosphere, but that seems to be a thing of the past. Definitely not planning to return anytime soon.

Cold Stone creamery/planet smoothie in Holbrook is the best we’ve been coming here for years since they opened. I order my ice cream birthday cakes for my family. They’ll make them extra special if you want to change them. And now that the weather is beautiful after school when I pick up my kids, we come in here quite often and get ice creams and smoothies. The staff is always super nice and very helpful.

Ruined the birthday party canceled our cake order placed well ahead. Kept my money. My daughter is in tears. Won’t answer phone.

I am a driver and I came here on May 5th to pick up an order and my jaw was craving ice cream. I asked if I could order these. The girl working there told me with hateful language that I had to wait and I waited and placed my order. When I was about to pay at the cash register, she said your money is not accepted here and she did not give me my order. Damn those employees.

I asked for hot fudge Sunday and I see her squirting syrup on it😥 I questioned her and she said they didn't have hot fudge

Walked into the building no acknowledgment from any of the 3 staff members working just ignored. I waited for 20 minutes and still nothing just ignored. Needless to say did not end up ordering walked away with no word from any of the staff

The ice cream is good but terrible customer service. I don’t need much, just a hi, how are you. Anytime I go in there that never happens and it always feels like you’re a burden when you go inside. No clue how they stay open. Who owns this place or do they have a manager? I know it’s hard to find good help but try to find someone that can at least say hi. Maybe smile lol

I’ve been a long time customer of Cold stone and we really enjoy going there to be honest on a weekly/ biweekly base. So my son turning 13 on December 13 and requested a custom cake from there . When I went to pick the cake up it looked like a 6 year wrote and I was very disappointed. It’s like the manager couldn’t responsibility for the cake . I expressed my feelings on how I was mad because, they try to take it back and fix and just looked even worse . At the point I had to take the cake because it was too late to get another cake . Just do better and master the writing on cakes or give out custom cake toppers instead of chicken scratch🙄😡

Got a cake and cupcakes for a graduation party. Misspelled congrats on the party as “congats” all of the writing was crooked and looked like it was written by a 5th grader. Cupcakes decor also were broken.

I thought the reviews were being dramatic. They are spot on.I placed an online order for a good amount of ice cream. It was given away to some other person in line. When I asked about my order “oh someone picked it up”. I ordered it for pick up and it says I have to show an employee my phone for pick up. The guy behind the counter told me “he doesn’t know what to do for me”. Didn’t offer to remake my items that were stolen.Turns out the person who took my order was still in the store and when asked about it they said it was a joke. They then hand back to me food that’s been handled by someone else.This location is horrible.

I am deeply disappointed at the employees at this location. I had requested a custom inscription for my birthday cake. We placed the order online a week before picking it up. When we got the Holbrook location, the cake did not have any writing on it… We asked the employees if they could at least write “Happy Birthday” on it. One out of the three employees working just gave us a blank stare and said “none of us know how to do the writing”. You’re poor customer service is disgraceful. Never coming back to this location again.

I’m just leaving the place right now . As standing there with my boyfriend for atleast 20 mins and no one even asked if we are all set, or to hold on . Nothing !!!! We asked if we could place an order and no one even acknowledged. It’s disappointing. All having AirPods in the ears , customer service is horrible . This is Sunday 3/3/24 at 5pm .
