Cold Stone Creamery / Planet Smoothie

Rhada is a very bad worker i saw him licking the spoon of my ice cream and start using it again as if nothing happened after that i cancelled my order and ended up just leaving the establishment. i don’t recommend this coldstone to anyone.

Rahda is a terrible worker and he doesn’t get the job done.. he messed up my ice cream 3 times. It was a terrible experience coming here and I don’t recommend ordering here when the worker “rahda” is working!

Going to this location was one of the best experiences of my life especially because of the amazing server his name is Rodson he was speedy super nice and accommodated to all my needs he told me what the popular options where and didn’t mind me taking my time you should definitely go to location I will definitely be referring this location and the server Rodson to freinds and family.

I just left this location in disbelief (4:57pm). I just walked out of there after witnessing a young white employee wipe the ice cream spatula on the side of the trash can that’s near the sink, rinse it off briefly with water (no soap nothing) and bring it right back to the ice cream cutting board where they prepare the ice cream. Absolutely disgusting! Hopefully, there are cameras in there and his employer can see him doing this nonsense! BEWARE!

Rodson and Mike work fast and great together. Robson is great person and funny to talk to and Mike is great with handling ice cream. Great duo!

Employees need more training in customer care. While the server was not rude, he was very disconcerting when it was time to check out. Also paying $16 for a quart of orange sherbet is a bit over priced.

My go to place for ice cream with lots of flavors and mix-ins to choose from. The quality is always great, and the experience of customizing your treat makes it even more enjoyable.

My son & I visited this location and my server Vanessa was amazing. We went after 8 & it was a bit busy & I can tell she was tired but she had a smile, greet the customers, offered the reward points program, etc… which is what customer service is. On the other hand, the server my son had was a total opposite where I had to say something regarding cross contamination of some other food item on the tool that scooped the ice cream. I feel bad for the kid because he seemed a lil overwhelmed with everything. They do have a hiring sign posted. Will I go back? Ummm, not sure, the ice cream is not all that & I had a gift card.

The staff at Cold Stone Holbrook are very helpful and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The custom creations on the frozen granite stone are always delicious.

Fast, friendly service and the portions are generous for the price. Definitely my top choice for a sweet treat in Holbrook!
