The last 3-4 times I've ordered from this location, the dough for the pizza and the parmesan bites is raw. I kept ordering because I love Dominos and I was hoping they'd finally listen to my "well done" request, but they never do. The delivery drivers are great, very nice. I'm tired of getting raw dough every single time though.

The service was crappy,the attendant taking orders knows nothing about their products,and without a dought worst pizza I ever have bought.Most went in the trash would never buy anything their again.

I have ordered from various branches in the area and have consistently received similar pizzas with the same recipe. However, the pizza I received from this particular store was the worst I have encountered.

My pizza, which I specifically requested to have extra sauce, arrived with the dough completely raw. When I called the store to report this issue, the manager, whom I believe was named Mir or Mira, told me that because I added extra sauce, the pizza might be undercooked. According to him, if I wanted the pizza fully cooked, I should have ordered it without extra sauce.

This explanation is perplexing and unacceptable. The basic expectation for any pizza is that it should be properly cooked, regardless of the toppings or extra sauce. It is shocking that a manager would place the blame on a customer for the pizza being undercooked rather than addressing the cooking issue.

I have always associated Dominos with fast, convenient, While I do not expect gourmet quality from a pizza priced around ten dollars, I do expect it to be properly cooked and safe to eat. This experience has severely impacted my perception of your brand.

I kindly request that you look into this matter and address the training and quality control issues at this location. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to prevent such issues in the future

I am very disappointed in my order from this location. It will unfortunately be my last. Ordered the jalepeno pineapple chicken and it did not look appetizing at all. There was cheese everywhere and there were maybe 2 jalapeno slices on it. I also ordered two cups of mango habanero sauce and instead received two cups of sweet icing for cinnamon sticks I did not order. If it was not so late I definitely would have called directly. very disappointed.

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Took an hour and a half for delivery. Food arrived ice cold. Pizza was missing toppings. Won’t order dominos again it’s trash now

I also ordered a pizza and they delivered it to the wrong address and refused to give a refund or send a replacement pizza and was completely rude and hung up on me. I delivered from here and the driver was rude and throw the boxes of pizza on the ground in front of me they were clearly raciest. I wouldn’t eat here if you don’t wanna spit in your food or have it thrown to the ground.

Worst place to call and order anything, they can be there standing and talking and dont pick up the call i was calling 3 times for 10 minutes everytime and they dont pick up and the last time i was already in front of their door inside my car looking at them laughing and talking and they dont care went they decide to pick the call i was inside the store and they was so rude until the notice that it was me who was talking to them.

Parking: Its not about the parking its about costumer services and do your job.

I ordered delivery and received the wrong sandwich. I called to see if they could send the correct sandwich and before I could ask I was put on hold and then asked to text a photo of the food to the employee's personal phone- super weird and unprofessional! I sent the photo and was put on hold again, finally coming back to say that the manager approves the photo and here's my options. At that point I say no to both offers and request a refund for the item, a measly $6.99. While being put on hold again I hung up. Fed up. Won't be ordering again. Zero start customer service.
