Got a gift card for Christmas so we were excited to use it… this would be our 2nd time getting take out (1st time was when they first opened and we paid ourselves). This time we used the gift card and although we didn’t like the food at the 1st try, we figured we would try again with something different. The first thing I will say is that I believe most of the food here is either frozen, instant, or comes already prepared as when I asked the person at the counter, what was made in house/from scratch, she said “everything” and seemed a little bit surprised at my question. We ordered the steak tips with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, the steak and cheese egg rolls, and the brisket quesadilla. Ordered two appetizer menu items, and one entrée just to get a good selection from the menu. When I ordered, I told the attendant that we had a gift card and I asked for extra sauce for the quesadilla. When the order was ready and I came to pick it up, I took a quick look in the bag and should have checked it as we did not have any napkins or utensils. Also, the extra sauce for the quesadilla was not there, but I did not know this until I got home. I paid with the gift card and gave the attendant a three dollar cash tip even though it was takeout. When we got home, my husband tried his steak tips and did not like them. The mashed potatoes appeared to either be instant potatoes or potatoes that were prepared the previous day. Let’s just say he didn’t finish his meal. The brisket quesadilla was chunks of brisket meat, which I assumed it would be pulled meat since it was brisket and the onions and peppers were really not cooked just heated, there was no seasoning in the brisket and I had to put a little bit of salt and pepper on the quesadilla just to give it some flavor. The steak and cheese eggrolls seemed as if they were frozen and had not been cooked at the time of order. They were greasy, not seasoned and there was a teriyaki sauce that really didn’t go with the egg roll in my opinion, I would give one star for the food and give the service two stars because the attendant was friendly, but I think she was busy dealing with people who were eating in house, and when I call about the utensils and napkins, she apologized and did say that was her fault. I think next time we use the gift card, we will just get a pizzaor something simple.

Hidden Gem in Holbrook!Randomly stopped here while on our way to a youth basketball game and wow what a surprise. Great atmosphere with a few TVs with sports on good music and plenty of space to spread out. Completely expected it to be bar food, but was really surprised that it was fresh ingredients and a wide menu with options. The chicken and waffles for $15 was really good. The quesadilla appetizer could’ve just been a meal. And the kids were happy with the options on the kids menu.Good craft beer selection for a local place. For $65 to feed four was a really good deal. Our server was nice and attentiveMoney well spent will visit again

Went there for lunch the food and service was great. I got takeout 2 days later. Great portions. Definitely will be eating at lucky’s again.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: It would be good for kids for breakfast, lunch and dinner. until the place fills up for adult entertainment. Bands drinking and a good time.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe it’s a wide entrance way and a ramp going into the place. *I’m not positive I’d call first.

My girlfriend and I really liked this place. It had a great atmosphere and the service was fast. My fried chicken sandwich was amazing and the tater tots were perfect, I’ll need to check out the rest of the menu. The food and drink menu had a very large selection with some interesting twists. The drinks were ordered were good. Our server was top notch, polite and attentive. They even made a sandwich correction we requested not awkward at all. The vibe of this place was on point.

The food was great,.. Also liked the 80s decor, very nostalgic. The negatives: the (male) bartender was chugging down beers in front of customers. Big no-no in the food industry. Also, there was a dude going around hustling customers for cash tips for the band. Huh ? Never in my life have I seen that. Isn't the restaurant paying them ?? Just so tacky.
9/5/23My son (16 years old) and I enjoyed our time here. Delicious food and friendly service. Nice and clean. No complaints. I got the ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts and he got the French onion soup along with the sweet and spicy chicken bowl. Oh and the blueberry sangria is a thumbs up. ??

So I turned up whatever road this place is on and made the executive decision to stop for a beer at the first place that was open and obviously had a liquor license. Lucky's ended up being the place.Had a nicely drawn pint of Guiness from an attentive and cool bartender (Mav) and got a sandwich to wash it down with.Quality across the board. The only thing wrong was the lady at the end of the bar arguing with someone on her cellphone. She should have been dumped in the pond out back. We were the only two people in the joint and that was a bummer. Cellphones are a bummer.
