I usually come here for an ice coffee, sometimes a sandwich. this time around I got a smoothie with hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were cold and barely done. Presentation was awful. It's frustrating because I was the only person in the drive thru line, so you'd think more time would be put into the food. staff may need some etiquette on customer service.

Don’t get to come here often, but when I do, the staff is kind, courteous, and helpful. The ladies working today were great at accommodating our order. The coffee was delicious! The pup cups were even great!

Tasteless coffee. Not even hot.. mine was room temperature. I threw it out after the first sip. This is a typical place for people with no coffee knowledge and that still ask for sugar syrup and flavored options. Absolutely worthless.

Just had a very interesting situation in the drive thru. My total was $6.23, I paid with $7 in cash, I was waiting for my change and the girl at the window just put the change in the tip jar and walked away from the window without saying anything. I was going to tell her to keep the change anyways cause it was only 77¢ but just a very weird interaction considering if I paid with a high dollar amount it would be different. Just the principle of it. Despite the interaction my drink was great.

They always get my coffee order, correct, unlike other coffee, who can never seem to get it correct. It's a little more expensive than Dunks, but it's worth it, and you get what you actually ordered.
If you’re thinking of ordering any coffee “made regular” don’t the drive through girl has no idea what she’s doing … no cream no sugar . I can only get my coffee on Fridays now because the Friday morning staff knows what there doing !

I was just in the drive-through a few minutes ago and ordered a large Girl Scout cookie coffee. As they handed me my coffee, I realized I didn’t have any cash to tip them. Last night I had to put my dog down and I was supposed to go to the bank instead to withdraw money. I had a tough night, so I really needed the coffee. The service that the girls provided was great and they were very friendly at the window. It made me feel a little bit better after losing my 13-year-old dog. I apologize for not tipping, but I definitely will next time. I have also attached a picture of my dog, my beautiful Bailey.

This place definitely does not clean their blenders in between making blended drinks. Almost every time I have ordered an Oreo Cookie Monster from here, there have been flavors/chunks of things that are NOT Oreo… which is why I steer clear of this place, & drive out of my way to another location.Pleaseeee teach your staff to clean between drinks because there is no reason why an Oreo drink should taste like pumpkin, or have actual hazelnut/coffee bean chunks in it. (At like a ridiculous cost at that) Not to mention, food safety in general is clearly not a priority here.

Staff are short and rude at the drive-thru on 07/29 10:55. Speaker doesn’t work well. Arrived at the window and the order was wrong. When we corrected the error, we where asked to pull forward while the drink was made.
