If you’re thinking of ordering any coffee “made regular” don’t the drive through girl has no idea what she’s doing … no cream no sugar . I can only get my coffee on Fridays now because the Friday morning staff knows what there doing !

I was just in the drive-through a few minutes ago and ordered a large Girl Scout cookie coffee. As they handed me my coffee, I realized I didn’t have any cash to tip them. Last night I had to put my dog down and I was supposed to go to the bank instead to withdraw money. I had a tough night, so I really needed the coffee. The service that the girls provided was great and they were very friendly at the window. It made me feel a little bit better after losing my 13-year-old dog. I apologize for not tipping, but I definitely will next time. I have also attached a picture of my dog, my beautiful Bailey.

This place definitely does not clean their blenders in between making blended drinks. Almost every time I have ordered an Oreo Cookie Monster from here, there have been flavors/chunks of things that are NOT Oreo… which is why I steer clear of this place, & drive out of my way to another location.Pleaseeee teach your staff to clean between drinks because there is no reason why an Oreo drink should taste like pumpkin, or have actual hazelnut/coffee bean chunks in it. (At like a ridiculous cost at that) Not to mention, food safety in general is clearly not a priority here.

I absolutely love the workers here and the coffee is good , except they NEVER mix the coffee. The sugar, caramel, chocolate, mint, is on the bottom of the cup and it completely ruins the coffee. Please tell these people to shake the coffee like it's supposed to be and this will be one of the best marylous around!

Staff are short and rude at the drive-thru on 07/29 10:55. Speaker doesn’t work well. Arrived at the window and the order was wrong. When we corrected the error, we where asked to pull forward while the drink was made.

I really like Mary Lou's, especially this location. The employees are always chipper, always smiling, and they actually say thank you when the transaction is done. The store is well run, the coffee is great in my opinion better than Dunkin' donuts. The place is clean everything in order well managed and the outside area is clean kept up obviously by management. That is very important, I noticed a lot of establishments Do Not keep the outside area clean and free of debris.

Saturday hours online are 5am-8pm. Rolled up at 5:15 and pulled on the door; locked. One employee by the door refused to make eye contact and instead turns to her coworker and says "oh my gawd we're not open-uh." Well then someone sort their s*** out and without attitude, thanks. Good coffee though.
