I was able to make the reservation right away for half an hour maybe a little bit more from the exact time that I made the reservation and it was done via Google and it was very quick. I got a text. Then called to confirm I was told come on down. We’ll have a table ready for you. Seven of us went; And it was great!
It was a wonderful way to celebrate post Catholic confirmation services. It was so cool that they recognized us from CJ‘s in Randolph -we missthat place and we’ve never been here. The food is absolutely superb and I recommend it.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews; we almost didn’t come because of them. Those bad reviews don’t do this place justice. Note- mind you we did come on a Saturday. Maybe they have a full-service chef working on Saturdays.
This is our new spot we’re gonna be coming back. We will be doing takeout and visiting for more scorpion bowls for sure and definitely for more yummy food.

Golden Pacific has improved with new ownership and is now a great place to eat in or take out. The appetizers are plump and delicious. The crab rangoon was one of the best I've had. The waiter was attentive and helpful making the dine in experience pleasant. If you're looking for a good place for Chinese food on the south shore, Golden Pacific will satisfy!

First visit. Food good. Ordered French fries and gravy as side dish. Boxed leftovers but asked for more gravy and was informed I had to pay for chef to make more . Which I did as more was needed. Thought more should have been served as I paid for gravy and French fries to start with. Place was not busy whatsoever if your in a hurry.

We sat on the dining side which is separate from the bar. Old School!! So it wasn't too loud in the dining room. The staff was attentive. My house special egg foo young was awesome and I had so much food I took home a second meal! We will be back.
Vegetarian options: I would call and ask. I am sure they cook fresh amd could make special meals easily
its known amongst the local culture , this place has TERRIBLE customer service mainly featuring disrespectful clerks at the front. Do yourself a favor and order from one of the MANY BETTER asian restaurants in the area.
the food has a variety of selections, but in a tight economy i wouldn’t buy from a place that treats you with no respect.
