The reason that I choose to leave this feedback because I FEEL like it is time for me to give them a feedback 😊! Me writinga review is crazy. I usually take my L and move on, but this experience was beyond me.
Firstly, forcing people to use Zelle or pay with cash in this day and age is beyond crazy, because you don't know how to manage the financial aspect of your business and fraud. Understandably, nobody likes to get scammed, but customers should not have to suffer for your convenience. Hire someone to deal with fraud or ask for ID with a card. Every business deals with issues like this and handles them in-house.
The drinks are gross, tasting like syrup and alcohol. Your server is the same person mixing your drinks, which is unsafe because they do not use measurements or are aware of what they are doing (watched our server make our drinks.) explains the taste.
The food is super mid and takes forever. The workers are unsure of what they are doing and appear intimidated by whoever manages the place. She literally said she will get fired if she returns food that includes an item a member of our party can't consume (we informed them of this ahead of time).
Overall, this seems to be something done for money and not what it is hyped up to be, lacking love and passion.

Am a Uber driver and all 4 or 5 times I've picked up orders here it takes 40 to 45 mins, I'm here now I purposely waited in the car 20 mins and they still haven't got the food, the kitchen stuff should be fired ASAP, if your a Uber or doordash driver beware don't pick up food from this establishment.

I tried to order my food the lady said I never ordered there before she kept asking for my number I only repeated to her 10x just for to still not understand so I said your telling me I can’t order unless I ordered before ?! She said can you please give me your number again then puts me on hold without telling me and hung up terrible terrible customer service!

I would like to thank Pi Bon An for providing me with an AMAZING experience for my birthday! The food was well seasoned and came to me fresh and hot. The servers were very kind and helpful, and the drinks were delicious! 10/10 I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a high quality experience of Haitian food!
