Genuinely had the worst experience here out of anywhere I have ever dined. I have worked in the service industry for 10 years now so I know I do tend to be a little judgmental however this takes the cake. The bartender was absolutely MISERABLE. We had a small birthday party at the Brook in their private back room yesterday. I cannot say enough how great everything was! The room was perfect, the food was awesome and there was plenty for everyone to have seconds( we did the casual lunch buffet with pizzas and two kinds of sandwiches). The price was beyond reasonable!
