Ultimate Chicken Sandwich Do it Weird salad/soup/chili prices tho. This sandwich is very good. It's equivalent to a flip the bird but w a nice large bar w quality TVs

Just heard of the place today and was surprised at the quality of food especially for the amount paid- other places have hand cut fries that are all pieces this place is so delicious I could spend days here just eating of course that would not be good for me LOL however both my husband and I enjoyed our food ...I had the the Ultimate chicken sandwich and he had the clam platter and the food was excellent- also the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff was well above what you would fiind in any other eating establishment- kuodos to the staff, the kitchen staff and the high stankdard of quality they obviously have for the restaurant.

They were very attentive to a food allergy and the food was great! The waitress was super nice too. We had nachos, quesadillas that were stuffed full of chicken and then a double order of chicken wings all very yummy!

Genuinely had the worst experience here out of anywhere I have ever dined. I have worked in the service industry for 10 years now so I know I do tend to be a little judgmental however this takes the cake. The bartender was absolutely MISERABLE. Least welcoming bar I’ve ever walked into. She gave us attitude once we began ordering since we did not separate out appetizers from our meals. (Mind you she did not check on us from the time she dropped our drinks off until 15 minutes after). I am unsure if the manager was helping behind the bar or if it was the other bartender. The appetizers finally came out in which had to wait again another 5 minutes to even ASK for plates and silverware. Never checked to see how those were going, cleared my boyfriend’s soup bowl and kept walking. The food then came out and she said the plates were hot (shocker since she rang in our meals at the same time as the appetizers so they probably sat under the heat lamp). Meanwhile the other gentleman working behind the bar was COMPLAINING that they had a rush before the current crowd got here (literally 21 customers in the entire establishment). Anyways highly disappointed that I spend my night off to come out to dinner which I do think my group tends to be prime candidates for customers (drinks, apps, meals, desserts and NORMALLY a 30% tip!) safe to say I have been here many times before however this whole experience has turned me away from ever returning again.
We had a small birthday party at the Brook in their private back room yesterday. I cannot say enough how great everything was! The room was perfect, the food was awesome and there was plenty for everyone to have seconds( we did the casual lunch buffet with pizzas and two kinds of sandwiches). The price was beyond reasonable! Rose our bartender went above and beyond in making sure everyone was taken care of! And she made a great Bloody Mary! I highly recommend the Brook for your next function, I know we will be back for more get togethers in that great space. 10/10 all around for everything!!
