Had a pretty bad experience in the parking lot, came out to parking lot to a damaged car due to a few carts rolling out of the carriage return into my husband’s car. Manager want any help and now we have a big dent in the trunk.

The Holden location frequently has only 2 to 3 registers open in addition to the self check out. The line to check out is frequently a 20 to 30 minute wait, which is unacceptable, especially if you are purchasing one or two items. Management has told me this is due to staffing and callouts so I think it’s time that some changes were made to better serve the community. I will no longer be shopping here because it’s not worth my time

I am very pleased that you have expanded your gluten free products. However, I question why you don't carry Glutino English muffins which are the only ones that are anywhere near the taste and texture of regular English muffins. Kudos to Big Y
