There's nothing like the original small little store that they had. Now that this one got big, it's just not the same. The latte is a completely different doesn't even taste like a latte. Very disappointing will not be returning
Brilla in holden is a hit or miss. Sometimes i get a really good coffee and sometimes it tastes like water. The sandwiches are a good portion but today i got the avocado toast. They asked me if i wanted an rgg and i said yes but i was not expecting a cut up bouled egg. I expected a fried egg but its okay. Id give it a 6/10
It was really fun to try—definitely not my usual type of coffee, but a great experience. They have so many different flavors for you to choose from.

Today I met a friend for coffee. She asked for a little almond milk on the side so she could pour it into her coffee to her liking. She was told “no” and that the server would add some for her. Then was told it is the shop’s policy. This is a VERY thoughtless policy. Brilla management please reconsider.
PS check your voicemail. I tried to call instead of giving a bad review. Your mailbox was full.

Brilla is a brightly lit space with a lot of glass looking out to the street. It was very chilly in there. My daughter asked for a tea and she got an iced tea. She said it was probably her fault because she didn't ask for a hot tea. The two times I have been there it has been extremely busy, with many cars also going through the drive-thru. My husband had a double espresso. He is a huge coffee drinker and said it had a very interesting flavor. The music is a younger crowd. With everyone talking and the music, I couldn't hear my family. The staff was very polite. The price of the pastries was a bit high like Starbucks. I had the maple pastry and it was delicious.

Beautiful spot! Iced Mocha was creamy and delicious.. 10xs more fresh than nationwide chains. Sausage egg & cheese on an asiago bagel oh my top notch. Friendly service. Very clean dining area. Baby Linda loved her doughnut which was so fresh & soft a huge difference from that fake DD! LOVED THIS PLACE!

Been here a few times and always leave a bit disappointed. Today, paid $9.55 for a plain avocado toast. Seems pretty expensive.

Coffee was average and seemed like the staff didn’t know how to properly make a latte to prevent ice from falling on top of ice and destroying the taste of good espresso.
Loud music playing, not a comfy atmosphere at all. Playing reggaeton kinda loudly when you are trying to work and have a nice cup of coffee isn’t the best for a coffee shop.
Coffee bean bags have no roasted date, so why bother buying at a coffee shop ? The reason why I come to a coffee shop to buy espresso beans is to get the freshest batch.
Place looks nice inside, well lit and well designed

Very cozy and spacious coffee spot. They have both indoor and outdoor spaces which make it feel more comfortable!
Great coffee! Scones not so much. I ordered a blueberry scone today. When I took it out of the bag it was burnt to a crisp, not edible. This should have been thrown out instead of selling to a customer.
