This McDonald’s is pretty average in the morning or day. If you come when the night crew is working, then prepared to be disappointed & waste your money.

McDonald’s prices are so over priced & the quality that this night crew produce is actually embarrassing.

They reheat cold fries which makes them inedible & rock hard. They put the rest of the food together so sloppy.

Clearly who ever is in charge does not care.

The one redeeming quality of this experience is that at least I know who ever runs the show here is destined for mediocrity & minimum wage for life. You’re doing a great job of being as bad as the food that you & your team serve. Keep it up champ.

Just ordered... the girl taking the order kept getting it wrong and thats ok it happens. But we paid for 2 deluxe mccrispies but got the regular with pickles on. (Im allergic so i cant eat them so cost more and got the wrong item. But the thing that bothered me is she shoved the drinks at my mom who has bone cancer... she hurt my mom bc she was mad... this is just wrong. My mom didn't yell or anything she just placed an order and the girl got upset? Idk if its a language barrier but it was uncalled for.
Edit: After thinking about it I'm going to veto my fam from ever coming back to this one bc the more i think about it the more sad i am that she did that to my mom..

This is the slowest McDonald's my family and I have ever been to. We have lived in this area for a few years, so we have visited this location multiple times. No matter how small or simple the order is, we always have to pull into the waiting area. This is very frustrating. If there were another McDonald's nearby, we would go there instead.

I hope this review helps someone make a good decision. Don't be embarrassed or food shamed, go get McDonald's. You're obviously on the fence about going otherwise why else are you reading reviews of a restaurant that has served over 1 billion people.

$14.81 for 5 hash browns and an egg McMuffin. Hash browns come out ice cold. Have to go inside and get them to actually cook them. Won’t be back

Just went in for a coffee. Understaffed overstressed are probably why I waited so long before being acknowledged by the person who took my order. She seemed annoyed by my presence. Next time ill avoid the lobby and use drive through. I think that's what they really want anyways. Setting the stage for fully automated restaurants with zero human interaction.

The ice cream machine is always working. The food is really hot and fresh and comes with good portions. They have a lot of parking available and the kiosks work great. They are always nice and never rude to you.

Customer service is non-existent and we lost our wedding band here! They were no help!! So heartbreaking to lose our heirloom and they did not care at all!!

Terrible experience always at this location. Bad service and food every time, which is why today will be the last time I go there. Also the shift manager Lauren is rude and disrespectful to the customers, she was yelling at me incoherently today and I have heard her do the same to other customers in the past. McDonald’s needs to intervene here and teach the employees better manners and update them on their policies, never mind replacing the management or send them to customer relations classes!
