Have lived in the area for 20 years. This has been consistently one of the worst McDonald's I've visited in my lifetme. You can be certain that half the time, someone speaking broken English will be an order taker and will not understand half of what you're saying You can also be certain that your order will be incorrect more than half the time. Make sure you fully check your order before pulling away. When you get your order, be prepared for fries that taste like weeks old oil. The food is average. The only positive is that the line is usually short, likely because people are sick of such ridiculous service.

Lunch rush, drive-thru customers clearly being prioritized over dining room customers. Then it was announced that they had no soda drinks because they ran out of CO2. The majority of the customers in line inside left. Poor management.

It is currently monopoly game season the store ran out of soda cups with the game piece. They did have coffee cups with the game piece. I asked to get a coffee with my meal I was told they can not make that kind of substitution . I asked why, I got a blank dumb stare. The cashier looked so confused. my soda and fries did not have game pieces the only game piece I did get was from the nuggets. The food came out just barley past luke warm like they warmed it up then cooled it down somehow. The dam nuggets was luke warm aren't they and the fries to be made to order. there was no one there they should have fired up a fresh batch. Cheese was half melted . I almost sent it all back but wanted to get out of there quick because the plumbing was bad and the place smelled of a backed up toilet. Also at this time there were more employees eating than customers I bet their food was fresh to order nice and hot. The food should be at body temperature or a little higher. Also this location most items and meals are .50cents to $1.50 more than other locations. Now im waiting to find out if I get sick or not. Cross finger's. I do not recommend this McDonald's by far the worse one in the area.

10/10 the young lad working the night shift in oct 2025 he was SO polite and punctual! He repeated my order, greated me at the window! Overall happy experience and piping HOT fries ! McDonald’s good job 👏

I got one coffee the total was 2.11 I gave her 2.25 because that’s what I had. She said ok all set. I ask what about my change? She says “what did you give me? Looking confused. I said “2.25”. She tells me she has “no change, no money here. I have no money” proceeds to arbitrarily hand me a nickel.. I drove away shaking my head. I’m really concerned the real reason was she couldn’t count. And if they don’t have change, why?

This McDonald’s is pretty average in the morning or day. If you come when the night crew is working, then prepared to be disappointed & waste your money.
McDonald’s prices are so over priced & the quality that this night crew produce is actually embarrassing.
They reheat cold fries which makes them inedible & rock hard. They put the rest of the food together so sloppy.
Clearly who ever is in charge does not care.
The one redeeming quality of this experience is that at least I know who ever runs the show here is destined for mediocrity & minimum wage for life. You’re doing a great job of being as bad as the food that you & your team serve. Keep it up champ.

Just ordered... the girl taking the order kept getting it wrong and thats ok it happens. But we paid for 2 deluxe mccrispies but got the regular with pickles on. (Im allergic so i cant eat them so cost more and got the wrong item. But the thing that bothered me is she shoved the drinks at my mom who has bone cancer... she hurt my mom bc she was mad... this is just wrong. My mom didn't yell or anything she just placed an order and the girl got upset? Idk if its a language barrier but it was uncalled for. Edit: After thinking about it I'm going to veto my fam from ever coming back to this one bc the more i think about it the more sad i am that she did that to my mom..

This is the slowest McDonald's my family and I have ever been to. We have lived in this area for a few years, so we have visited this location multiple times. No matter how small or simple the order is, we always have to pull into the waiting area. This is very frustrating. If there were another McDonald's nearby, we would go there instead.
