We always order tuna Syrian pockets. These were not the normal. No nice thick tasty pocket. Thin one that split immediately. Tuna tasty tho a bit wet. Perhaps this is the result of this restaurant is a combination of Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo

We have had the pleasure the past two visits of having Anna as the cashier. Anna has a high level of customer service, great sense of humor and attention to detail. She takes time with each customer and when she waits on you, you have her full attention. She is a great addition to the team.

Very disappointed. Stood by the phone while my wife ordered our pizzas. The person taking the order had a hard time understanding we wanted a small pizza with extra hamburger and a large green pepper and onion pizza. I heard it read back two times incorrectly and my wife corrected them. Upon arrival our order was read back to me as a small cheeseburger sub and a large pepper and onion pizza. When I said no that was incorrect and said my wife had a hard time with the person on the phone understanding our order, the person behind the counter gave an attitude and said it was her that took the order. I said well I heard the whole conversation and it was a struggle for her to understand what was being conveyed and her attitude grew. She grabbed who I thought was a manager, who was very nice and said it would take about ten minutes to make what we ordered. I said that was fine. While I waited the original person who took the order told anyone that would listen we ordered a sub and I had the attitude. Long story short, not one manager grabbed that kid and explained you don’t air grievances in front of the customer, especially when you are in the wrong. I stood there stewing listening and watching this unprofessional behavior while they corrected their mistake as workers dragged their phone chargers and tablet chargers across the empty pizza pans stacked on the counter. This restaurant is a disgrace to papa Gino’s brand.

I had placed an order online for a 11:15 pick up. I arrived at 11:14 only to be 7th in line. One line for both orders and pickups. I asked if there was a pickup person and was told by customers and the one person behind the register to wait my turn. My food was great. My service, not so. Will I return? Not sure.
