Papa gino's in holden last week made me the worst italian sub i've ever had. It had a piece of salami folded up in a piece of cheese on it and that's it. I brought it back and they replaced it but the girls behind the counter were very rude. I'll never be going there again and i'll never recommend them.

Staff shows 0 accountability I sat at the front counter waiting to order for 20 minutes not a single person greeted me or said anything to me while they all looked at me many times I find that extremely unprofessional I was on my lunch break which is only 30 minutes long . I’m deeply saddened to say I will not give this place another penny until they learn to have better customer service

Pizza as expected (crust is the best chain outside NY). Pickup service is quick and efficient; but other 8-staff seem inexperienced & this unnecessary as not very nor extremely busy. Atmosphere is ‘takeout’ & not anywhere I’d go to eat/enjoy a meal, etc. — Customers standing around; noise level high. O

Took 1 hour 55 minutes for delivery. It was a Saturday night so I expected it to take awhile, but the estimated time on the web site was about an hour which ended up way off. Food was all cold by the time it got to us. From what I can tell from my receipt, it looks like they use 3rd party drivers through Toast now instead of their own delivery drivers and the service has suffered as a result. In the past they had their own drivers who kept the food in an insulated bag to keep it hot until it arrived. We'll stick to Brattle Stop or Holden Pizza instead.

Called for a pizza delivery was told 1hr delivery waited for over 1and a half hours I called the store and the manager would not even get in the phone they wouldn’t give me a discount or a credit so after waiting all that time I ended up canceling the order. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced
