We recently dined at Val's Restaurant in Holden, MA, at 1:00 PM last Saturday, and had a fantastic experience. Val, the owner, was so attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of. Our group of 10 was immediately seated and warmly welcomed. The food was exceptional, bursting with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
