Amazing local bakery, and the food is hands down best around! Soo good! I was lucky enough to recently have someone gift myself, and my team one of the Halloween themed cakes (half Vanilla half chocolate) It was HUGE, and may have been one of the best cakes I have ever had in my life! My entire team loved it and we were all so impressed with how amazing the design looked we were almost afraid to even cut into it and start eating it! Everyone that saw the cake asked if they could take pictures of it that’s how impressive it was! Highly recommend you go stop into this great local Holliston bakery and give them a try urself!

I went into Gaetano’s with my fiancee to get some gluten free bakery items for her. When we left, we were absolutely sure we wanted our wedding cake made there. Gaetano himself is incredibly friendly and reliable. He created an absolutely gorgeous cake that the 80+ wedding attendants were talking about all night. The price was far better than we expected for the quality and delivery we were getting. Beyond all that, the pastries are delicious and the service was excellent.

Ricotta pie was amazing, highly recommend getting multiple pieces. Cannolis were great, would recommend those as well. We gave the lobster tail to someone so I'm not sure if it's good, but it looked good. Personally, I would stick to the pastries over the cookies.

I used to visit Gaetano’s Bakery when I lived in Natick about 6 years ago, and I’m so happy I got to enjoy their pastries again! The macaroon was perfect – crispy on the outside with a rich chocolate and cashew fudge inside. The lobster tail pastry was crisp and light, with just the right amount of sweetness. The ricotta pie was fresh and delicious too. The quality and taste are still as amazing as I remember. Prices are a little on the higher side (about $30 for two macaroons, two lobster tails, and one slice of ricotta pie), but the flavor and quality make it worth it!
We went in for the first time to get a few desserts and met the amazing owner of this bakery! He was really awesome to us and especially to my son. I am very impressed by both the treats and his welcoming nature! Highly highly recommend!

Have been gone from Holliston for several years and stopped into the bakery this morning. WOW! Greeted immediately by the owner with a smile and a hello. He suggested all the perfect treats for our road trip. Pistachio macarons 🥰 One of the best lattes around. Will make the trip from the cape again.

I was in need of a carrot cake to celebrate a family birthday. I wanted to try a new bakery and found Gaetano’s. I’m very sad to say it was not enjoyable and I will not be back. The cake was very dry and rock hard, almost like it was left over or previously frozen, not freshly baked. For $40, I expected a lot more.

Absolutely nailed it out of the park with a surprise work birthday cake. They went above and beyond with all of the finishing touches and I couldn't have imagined this if I tried. Highly recommend for not only the taste of the products but for outcome of everything!

Amazing pastries, cannolis and service!! We filled up a box of goodies for a fun Saturday night treat. They even offered to make us some fresh cannolis on the spot and i appreciated that so much because i was craving the mini chocolate chip cannolis more than anything! Great prices, we love it here!

As a small business owner that is hands on including going on job sites - even after 40 years of being in business it’s still run the same way as if my father was alive -I have the utmost respect for Guy and this bakery. Guy is exactly how my father was and you can’t find that kind of passion, integrity, and drive anymore. This has to be one of the best bakeries I have ever been to and I’m so happy my customer treated me with their pistachio macaroons that we are now addicted too 😆 I will be placing all my holiday orders from Guy. He has all my respect. Hopefully someday I can convince him to trade windows for macaroons lol ❤️
