I love that place. Dave and Pam are so lovely. Feels like my mom’s cooking. The place reminds me of the restaurants back in the day. Nothing has changed. A lot of people knew each other and talked from one table to another and exchanged stories. Very warm atmosphere. And well priced. Loved Pam’s fraps.

★★★★★ The Gold Standard of Breakfast!

If you are searching for authentic, soul-satisfying breakfast perfection, stop looking and head directly to The Holliston Grill. I am still dreaming about the masterpiece that was their homemade corned beef hash omelet.

Let's be clear: this isn't your standard, out-of-a-can hash. This is the real deal. From the first bite, you can taste the quality and care that goes into it. The corned beef is tender, savory, and perfectly seasoned, mixed with just the right amount of potato. It's the kind of hash legends are made of.

The omelet itself was a work of art—enormous, fluffy, and cooked to a perfect golden yellow, generously stuffed with that incredible hash and gooey, melted American cheese. My friend’s omelet, with sharp cheddar, looked just as divine. Every single bite was a perfect combination of fluffy egg, savory meat, and melted cheese.

And don't even get me started on the home fries! They were the ideal companion: beautifully browned and crispy on the outside, tender and fluffy on the inside. They are clearly made on a well-seasoned griddle, not just thrown in a fryer.

The Holliston Grill is an absolute gem. It’s a classic spot where the food is the star, and they deliver on every single level. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Do yourself a favor and go get this omelet!

Stopped by your place this morning, I wanted to support local businesses and were saddened by your closure this morning. Gave you 5 stars from my heart.

Was making order through the phone. Girl on phone asked me 3 times about my order. Didn't tell me the final cost. When I arrived was struggling with only cash option. My order was packed in black trash bag and when I opened I saw that my order was half right. The other part was absolutely different from wyat was ordered. And also prices were different from menu prices on website. Was my third time and the last time purchasing there. Definitely will make breakfast at home for less stress and less money. I hate Dunkin Donuts, but if you driving through the Holliston and hungry you better stop at DD.

Couldn't find anywhere to park that wasn't a full block away. That sounds lazy but I have a leg injury. I would have liked to try it.

We were in the area today (1/13/24) and found this restaurant online. The atmosphere was a flashback to the diners of old, which we loved. The food was good as well. What really impressed us was the server. This young lady was the best server we have had in many years.

The Holliston Grill is THE place to go for a delicious breakfast with a fun, old fashioned atmosphere and the friendliest service. We take our kiddos there and are greeted with warm smiles (and crayons and books!) and we feel right at home. The omelets and pancakes are absolutely delicious. We are so grateful to have this special spot in our community!
