Not sure what to say....I guess due to reviews my expectations were high. I had better pizza in other places, including Italy. I personally like pizza in Eataly Boston and as far as local, Henry's is pretty good. This place has huge menu, maybe I ordered wrong stuff

This is, in all seriousness, the best pizza I've ever had. I've had pizza from the best spots in New Haven, Jersey & NYC (lived there for almost a decade). This beats them all. The sourdough crust(s) the cheese, the sauce, everything is 10/10. Might add more to this review, but just get it and see for yourself.

This place is unreal. I went there for the first time yesterday and my idea of a great pie changed forever. The best pizza I have ever had. I wanted to try the different styles so we got a sausage and red onion NY Style and the Capone Chicago thin crust. The Capone came with those perfect pepperonis that when they cook the edges fold up, the bacon is incredible. But the hand pinched sausage stole the show. The flavor of the sausage made it so my belly was saying no but my brain was saying yes. You have to try this place out. But be warned that if you eat here. Any other pizza joint will forever be a disappointment.

The service at this place is always nice. You can see people are working hard and the times that I have went in they are always very courteous. The problem at this place is the total disregard for people’s time. The only time their estimated time works is when its not busy otherwise its never correct. A pizza place should not take more than two hours to make two small pizzas. You either let people know you aren’t equipped to handle the amount of orders you are getting or you need a better system in place. The worst part is you wait the two hours and when you get to there place to pickup an order the screen will says “almost ready” and you still need to wait 30-45 minutes. The worst part is that the nice kid handling the orders needs to suffer through a bunch of unhappy customers and keeps apologizing for something that is clearly an oversight in management. You need to do better, for yourselves for your employees and most of all for your customers.

I drove from Grafton to give it a try. I ordered a small NY pepperoni and a Detroit with sausage and vodka sauce..the pepperoni was gone before I drove through Westborough. They were excellent. Definitely a bit pricey. I thought one of my pies were a large when I saw the total. Don't think you are going to dine in though. 4 tables and two are full of boxes.

I drive 45 minutes for this pizza and it's so worth the drive .

The food is genuinely so good but the service is INSANELY BAD. We can never make up our mind about whether it’s worth it. When you pick it up, it always takes a solid 30-45 minutes longer to be ready than they say and they never acknowledge it. And don’t even bother with delivery because it will take over 2 hours every single time. We’ll probably still order from here, but it’s always kind of infuriating. If they could at least be accurate with their estimates, it might be worth the long wait.
