ALWAYS delicious Italian-American food! My family has been dining here for over 50 yrs. When ever someone's back home for a visit or we all just want to get together & not do the cooking Carbone's is our go-to place. Oh, and their Italian roasted potatoes side dish shouldn't be missed!
Went there for my retirement party. I cannot even describe how awesome my chicken parmesan dinner was! The portion size fed me for 2 more meals after that night. It was the Best! Waitresses were on top of all our needs and requests all night!
Vegetarian options: My top food recommendation is the chicken parmesan. The other 2 I chose were what others in my group raved about. I don't know what everyone had.

My chicken parm sandwich was excellent the service was great but everyone else in there looked like they had aarp membership. A pretty great experience I would recommend this restaurant to people.
We went to Carbones tonight. I got Prime rib and she got Veal Parm.The veal was delicious, cooked to perfection!I asked for my prime rib to be “medium rare”. I should have sent it back.It was not medium rare. The back side of my piece looked like it had been sitting in the juice cooking away , to the point of being well done.The top was pink (but just the very top). It was very tough and I wish I had sent it back.We were there early (4:30) I think it was left over from yesterday and warmed up in the Au jus.I asked if the roast was cooked today the waitress assured me it was roasted today , I don’t believe it.If that were the case , both sides of my piece of meat would have been pink. The other side of the piece was gray and hard, notPink at all! Well done! Not good at all!$27.95 was way too much to pay for that piece of Prime rib..,It was my Birthday and I was so disappointed…I have been going to this restaurant all myLife…. Never had a bad meal.Never again…..,☹️?

Had the baked haddock which was on special, oh my goodness, they outdid themselves! So flaky, shrimp in the stuffing, not drowning in butter, just the right amount. Fresh cooked carrots, and mashed potatoes... I had enough left overs for 2 more meals. Everyone else's food was terrific too, no one had room for dessert.Great place as always.

Food was good. Waitress forgot a couple items that were never delivered, but she was pleasant. Rugs have been removed which makes it loud. Rooms nicely directed. Much nicer experience.
