We were visiting from out of state. Cajun pasta very bland. I was very shocked at the plate of ritz crackers and some sort of a spread. Food was just ok and very overpriced.

Old-school Italian - this restaurant is our go-to. The food is consistently outstanding and the staff is pleasant and professional. The owner is usually on-site and oversees the day-to-day operations, and she's a wonderful lady!

This is very old mom and pop restaurant. The food is good but not fantastic. The appetizers were well priced but tasted like it was frozen then reheated. I ordered the chicken parm, it was good but nothing special. My brother ordered the prime rib and that was really good.

The food is not the same. The service is just ok. The ceiling shows lots of water damage. The prices went up and food is average. We were going twice a month, no longer. Need to reevaluate the prices.

Nice establishment. But suggest the management review the cushioning of the booths for comfort. My booth seating was uncomfortable to begin with. But as more customers entered. Service began to considerably slow down which can be expected. Especially the arrival of your meal. But this longer wait became more unpleasant for me as the minutes passed. I however did notice that the large benches along one of the walls appeared to be very comfortable with sufficient padding. I desperately wanted to go to my and retrieve the blanket we have in our vehicle. But I feel embarrassed walking pass the customers with it. I folded my jacket to sit on. Which did help. But not much. As the soreness was already there. So, please avoid the discomfort I experienced and check the cushioning on your booth seating first. Other than this issue. Our visit to Carbones was pleasant.

ALWAYS delicious Italian-American food! My family has been dining here for over 50 yrs. When ever someone's back home for a visit or we all just want to get together & not do the cooking Carbone's is our go-to place. Oh, and their Italian roasted potatoes side dish shouldn't be missed!
