2nd time ordering risotto and it was not fully cooked. If you're going to have risotto on the menu, ensure you know how to cook it.Food has potential, but half cooked rice is ruining the experience.

A bit trendy for my taste, but I like that you can sit outdoors. I ordered a cocktail that wasn't on the menu, and they made it correctly (surprisingly, not a standard experience at bars in this area). We ordered the pita chips and ricotta dip and it was DELICIOUS. We were there on a busy night and the waitress didn't rush us at all, which was awesome. I recommend, but would go on a weeknight to avoid having to listen to the angst of nearby customers all night long.

This was awful - I haven't seen a worse decline in a food place than Central Public House. We ordered from them initially during the pandemic and the food was decent (4/5). Now, they serve food worse quality than The Cheesecake Factory. The burger tasted exactly like a Cheesecake Factory burger (not good) and the french fries had absolutely no seasoning and were soggy. Food was lukewarm at best and colder than room temperature by the time I was halfway done with eating. Every other meal ordered in my order followed the same patern of medicore, cheap quality food. I hope this place gets their act together otherwise I don't see them being here much longer; some of the worse American food I've had in a long time. I mean, come on...how do you mess up a freakin' burger.

Been there twice now... once when they opened then tonight which has been few years later...had the burger the 1st time it was awful...had it again tonight and same deal, I thought by now they could figure out how to cook a burger. The place wasnt full at all on a Friday night which is a big red flag. As for the meal the fries were so under cooked they felt like they may have been frozen, just soggy and limp. The "beef" patty wasn't good at all, asked for it Medium was more rare then I care for. I left 1/2 the meal cause it just didn't taste right. On a positive note the waitress was nice and the drinks were good, but I won't be going back.

We have been here a few times. The ambiance is fabulous and always had great service but the food is lacking. We sincerely want to enjoy our experience but every time we are disappointed by lack luster food. After a recent visit we were again unsatisfied with our meals. We'll likely be back because we do find the atmosphere very welcoming and will remain hopeful the food will improve.

Well, as we all do, we went back to a place we liked a lot. Price and quality was great, the fries were awesome, and different from all the others. Why wouldn't we go back. Well I will tell you why. Initially, the burgers were awesome, big, juicy and really delicious. Well the only thing I can appreciate from this past visit is that the prices hadn't gone up. The burger was flat, no hint of being broiled. The fries seemed to be frozen, maybe even with a hint of freezer burn. I'm saddened by this. I liked having a great burger place nearby. Maybe I will have to try the national chain places, but normally, what I got at here is what I would expect there.

Well, out trying to get a meal since a couple of places were closed for vacation, I tripped over the Central Public House. I had the gumbo. Well that was some damn good gumbo... okra and everything. It had the right amount of spice to make sure you had a drink in front of you.

Oh my goodness!!! What a beautiful baby shower we had on 6/11/23 at Central Public House in Hopkinton, MA. The ambience was fun and airy, the service was great, but the food was FANTASTIC!!! All of our guests raved about the delicious choices that they sampled. Quiches, Salads, Salmon, Chicken and Pasta Bolognese were favorites!!! Mike was very easy to work with and met with me a few times to make sure all of the details were handled. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves because they weren't open to the public until 4:00! We enjoyed a mimosa bar and yummy desserts as well. I'd say the whole event was a beautiful success and now we're just waiting for baby to arrive :). Thank you for your help Mike and to the chef for a delicious day!

We had crab cakes that had to much filler. You couldn't taste the crab. The ricotta dip is a doctored up version if French onion dip. Turkey Tips were dry with too much sage. Cosmo was not good. It tasted sweet. Everything tasted unbalanced. Service was good.
