Landlord needs to do a better job helping this relatively new business in the neighborhood present better. Building as a whole is an eye sore exterior wise is terrible, paint peeling everywhere, tattered awnings - 20 years at least old and picket fencing in front of building are pealing and falling apart. SLUM LORD OWNER SHOULD STEP UP AND HAVE SOME PRIDE. Place looks like terrible - sure he is making a ton of money from renting the whole building.
Inside atmosphere is fine and happy to see Dominos is here. What I worry about is all the paint peeling on the exterior of the building and fencing around and lack of exterior building maintenance - huge weeds everywhere and I worry about all the paint peeling and it possibly being lead paint. If I had little ones, I would hold on even thinking about bringing a child near that building. Building looks like it belongs in the hood.
