I’ve been ordering from this location for about 2 years, and today was by far the worst experience. The delivery driver dropped my food directly on the ground in the wet dirt and didn’t even wait 10 seconds for me to get to the door. It’s been raining for the past two days — no human should be expected to eat food that’s been sitting in that. When I called the store to report it, the first employee lied and claimed to be the manager. Then another person got on the phone, saying he was the manager — and when I told him about the lie, his exact response was: “Well what do you want me to do about it.” He even tried to claim they “always” put food on the ground, which is simply not true based on my years of ordering here. I ended up throwing the food out, ordering from another location, and I will be fighting the charge with my card. Unprofessional, dishonest, and just a terrible way to handle customers.

Over priced delivery for a small awful pizza. Some kind of extra seasoning on the pizza and it was over powering. I ate a few slices because I was hungry and threw the rest way.

The delivery man had all the instructions to leave it at the door of the apartment, but he left it in front of the building, that's really bad.

We had delivery twice and both times they took over an hour to deliver and we are a 5 minute drive. The instructions for the order was to go to the side door. Not sure about the first time but we went down stairs when the app showed they were on their way. The delivery driver never got out of their car. They drove around the rotary and left. We canceled the order. They said they did try to call and yes the number was not correct but then why have an app that let's you know when they are on their way and why leave delivery instructions if they don't follow them. Very disappointed ?

Inside atmosphere is fine and happy to see Dominos is here. What I worry about is all the paint peeling on the exterior of the building and fencing around and lack of exterior building maintenance - huge weeds everywhere and I worry about all the paint peeling and it possibly being lead paint. If I had little ones, I would hold on even thinking about bringing a child near that building. Building looks like it belongs in the hood. Owner of building needs to step up and not be a slum lord. Which is what the building looks like.

Pizza is ok for the price but if they didn't cost less than all other Hopkinton pizza places I wouldn't bother with them. The staff don't seem concerned at all with any issues that come up, at least the "counter" guys. The typical answer I get to questions is a smirk and "I don't know how that works."

I think Dominos is a great addition to Hopkinton. For those who don't want to spend hundreds getting multiple pizzas for a gathering, this is a great option. They have several coupon options and the pan pizza is tasty. We'll be back because of the great service & good food & prices.
