Bathrooms, I just used the restroom about an hour ago. The men’s room had an out of order sign. Now the lady’s room does. Should also note the barroom was not clean. Continently out of order when they don’t want to clean it. Lame!

Another reason why I shouldn’t have came here. Today on 12/2/25 at 10:50am the place was a ghost town. I ordered my lunch and of course everything was cold. Nothing was at least warm. I was too busy to go back in and talk about it to someone.

I’ve been really disappointed with this location lately. Yesterday, I ordered and paid for a medium coffee but received a small. When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t seem to care much. This kind of mistake happens almost every time I visit. On Saturday morning, I ordered a hot coffee but got an iced coffee instead. I also always ask for almond milk, but most of the time they give me regular milk, which is very frustrating. I’m not the type of person who complains or asks them to remake my coffee if it’s not exactly what I ordered, but since these mistakes keep happening so often, I felt I should write a review. I really like this franchise overall, but this location needs to pay more attention to customers’ orders.

A worker named Leticia made the best Dunkin coolatta I’ve ever had in my entire life. I asked her to make me her favorite drink and she made me something I’ve never seen before. 20/10 would recommend, best Dunkin employee ever. Super sweet, super nice, and very good at her job. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Terrible service, one of the girl inside wearing gloves to do everything including pick up money and touch the cashier screen,then with the same gloves she directly picked the donuts for me WITHOUT using any tissue like other Dunkin, I told her it’s not clean. Without any apologize she is not happy . Even the manager is rude,Horrible people and service here. They even don’t want to say sorry. I always go to Ashland store.I will never go to this Hopkinton location again.
Consistently give me cold soft hash browns. Idk why i even go there….. few days later went back they had nice looking donuts in case, asked for a Boston cream, they go to donuts somewhere else in store and give the tiniest Boston cream donut I’ve ever seen. This location is a joke

No everything bagels. Orders coffees light with sweetener. Girl gave me coffees with BLACK. Asked for her to please make it light with cream. She didn't understand. Had to call over a manager just to get cream added and gave me attitude. Maybe speaking and understanding English would've helped.

I have never had a food order take less than 20 minutes. They frequently run out of ingredients and they will wait patiently for you to come ask about it even when you are the only guest. Do NOT expect service here.

I ordered a large frozen coffee, and they did not even give me a full cup. It's look like they make it medium size and put it in a large cup. And they told me that's how they do it
