Man, this Dunks use to have the nicest crew and best service! Went to pickup an order today, my coffee was about 2 inches lower than the lid. Nicely asked for a top off and the lady stared at me like I had three heads and then topped it up about half an inch without saying a word. The strangest service I’ve ever encountered.

Updating my review, because I must say the place has changed drastically since they first opened. Staff is amazing now! Very tentative with the orders, and ensuring best customer service. It's a night and day difference from my first visits to now. What a difference a great staff makes!
