i placed my order at 10:33 and it wasn't ready until 10:50. i ordered two wake up wraps with bacon sausage and NO egg. instead i received two sausage egg and cheese croissants. about 15 minutes into waiting i asked the cranky wrinkly old white woman who i assumed to be the manager if she had an estimate on when my order would be ready. she replied very condescendingly saying it would be ready when its ready. i worked at dunkin when i was 15 its not that difficult or EVER that serious to be giving me attitude. that elderly manager needs to go into retirement but if i was her family i wouldn't want to take care of her either.

There's absolutely no reason to be selling stale bagels on a week day morning. This isn't the first time it's happened. How can you charge customers top dollar for stale bagels?

I ordered the cold brew with the nuts and everything on it. I’m not really the much into fast food nor do I do coffee on a regular. However, I tried it once and I was on the seek for the same taste ? only they don’t carry the chocolate foam after a certain season & that was a bit saddening. The drink was ok being that I was looking for a specific taste. Service was good.

I went in today the first day of 2023. I was grateful they were open and the staff they had was upbeat and friendly. There was a customer that was being so rude to them. Something about a price issue. She was extremely belligerent. She stormed out, came back in, then started taking pictures. She stormed out again then started yelling and swearing at her kids outside. I would just like to thank you for carrying on and treating me and the other customers with the utmost respect. My coffee was great too btw. Big thumbs up.

Do not choose this location if you plan on being on time to work!! The employees here work at a snail’s pace. Customers have been waiting in line and turning around leaving both times I have been here.

We use the app and order from here often and it is always quick and ready! The only complaint is that lately the iced tea tastes like coffee. It seems like they are going back and forth between coffee and tea in the brewers so everything is mixed. Bleh.

I have gone here 2-4 times a week for a few years now on my way to work. Pretty much always get the same thing and most of the help had always been really nice. They have a new guy there that seems nice enough. But, I'm guessing needs some training. The last 4 times I went in, he seems to forget how the register works and charges me anywhere from $12 to $21 for the same exact thing. Will be going to the other Dunkin's in the area from now on.
