I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world. Finland, Italy, China, Japan… but I haven’t been to one as good as this one! The staff is incredible and so personable. They know my name, memorize my order, and if I mess up my order online they fix it at no cost right there without question. Even though I love everybody equally, I have to say Amanda is the best 😎! Thank you, Starbucks in Hopkinton!

I wish i had an option to not choose a star and credit goes to Albus who served us coffee and 2 cookies but one of them was neither fresh nor warmed up as requested. But to her audacity she returned us a half cookie saying that that’s what you gave me in return….WOWWW…..you better do some other job than dealing with customers. And learn a lesson to charge money then disrespect. God bless you Albus….
