I was in this exact Starbucks today and it took twenty minutes to make my drink, bathrooms had toilet paper everywhere, soap on the floor, and they also gave me a smaller drink when i asked for a venti
I ordered a white chocolate iced latte to go-the employee who took my order was very friendly, asked for my name, etc. the chaos that followed though is troubling. I love Starbucks for the consistency and vertically integrated process they have which allows them to be so consistent. This visit though appeared that orders were being completed in no specific order. Customers who walked in after you were getting their drinks before you, small chit chat and staff walking around “sweeping”...
Lovely staff❤️ Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I had this lovely barista take my order and she was so sweet and patient with me and she made a delicious recommendation for a drink! Probably the best experience that I've had at a Starbucks!
