I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world. Finland, Italy, China, Japan… but I haven’t been to one as good as this one! The staff is incredible and so personable. They know my name, memorize my order, and if I mess up my order online they fix it at no cost right there without question. Even though I love everybody equally, I have to say Amanda is the best 😎! Thank you, Starbucks in Hopkinton!
I was in this exact Starbucks today and it took twenty minutes to make my drink, bathrooms had toilet paper everywhere, soap on the floor, and they also gave me a smaller drink when i asked for a venti
I ordered a white chocolate iced latte to go-the employee who took my order was very friendly, asked for my name, etc. the chaos that followed though is troubling. I love Starbucks for the consistency and vertically integrated process they have which allows them to be so consistent. This visit though appeared that orders were being completed in no specific order. Customers who walked in after you were getting their drinks before you, small chit chat and staff walking around “sweeping”...
