We had the absolute best server EVER at the Hudson location.. His name was Donovan!! Not only friendly, he actually was VERY attentive and pleasant.. Definitely ask for him!!

Good…to me always meets expectations…it is after all a chain! What makes a place good is the staff! I am a regular weekly person…love Sherry and Erin…they make for a great experience. Neither Sherry or Erin were on today. I have no idea who was working the bar today…I eat at the bar because I am one person not wanting to take up a table…she was friendly and attentive when I first showed up but once a single guy came in all her attention went to him! I could not get her attention to cash out, get a to go box or another drink. Another single guy is here and she is very sociable and attentive to him…another single guy just came in! I am a 30% tipper but she’ll never know because my hormones don’t meet her social criteria! She’s lucky I gave her what I did!! Dear unknown 99 bartender…give a damn about all your customers! Food in a chain is not what brings them back…the staff does and if you pick half the population over the other…the other isn’t coming back…at least when they see you!

My family just went out the the 99 in Hudson. I couldn’t make it so I asked if they would bring me back steak tips. What I got was a joke. There we 5 tips total. Two nice size pieces and 3 burnt to a crisp morsels.. if you want to call it that. Very disappointed.

We decided to go have an early dinner at this establishment. I ordered the chicken pot pie and it came out like soup. I also got a caesar side salad for my side and the croutons were stale. I sent it all back and I got the tacos. When the tacos arrived, there was a large piece of plastic rap in the rice. The waitress was very nice and respectful apologized a hundred times but she didn't make the food. Nor does she work in the kitchen. I did not let the food dictate her tip.Because her service was good. This is the worst 99 I have been to.
