This company does an awesome job! I used this truck and their sister truck for an employee appreciate lunch, and the ISF team did a great job! The communication was smooth through and through and food was delicious! Definitely recommend :)

You have the best mozzarella sticks I love them

I absolutely love their food any time we go to a food truck festival we have great experiences. However I called before asking if the address that is listed on Google is their correct address. My fiance and I went to go there and they weren't anywhere to be found. It says that they are open too. It would be nice if their location was updated on Google. But besides that they have the best fried manicotti out there

I had the meatball sliders.... absolutely delicious! It has been forever since I've had an authentic Italian meatball....I will definitely look for them in the future!

Great food, better service. Our company held a large event last May and we are so grateful to Michael and the Birds Nest crew for making it a success. From the start the owner was very responsive, very accommodating to our requests/needs and communicative with some changes we had through the planning process. We hired two of their food trucks and they were on time, exceptionally clean, friendly and the food was amazing. Our guests and our own staff were very impressed with the food and service quality, we will definitely call Birds Nest again for our next event. Thank you Birds Nest!

Enjoyed trying some of their selection. Meatball Sliders and Fried Ravioli. Both were phenomenal. Their other selections sounded delicious too. I recommend if you see this food truck around.

We hired Bird’s Nest Italian Street Food truck for our daughter’s college graduation party this weekend. It couldn’t have been any better! We had food for 63 people served right in our driveway. Working with Michael was a cinch. We exchanged some emails and booked a deposit easily online. He promptly answered any questions I had. Everyone loved the selection and commented how fun it was to have a food truck at the party. It also gave my husband and me the opportunity to enjoy time with all of our guests. Everything was provided, we just needed a trash can for disposal of the paper boats and utensils that our guests ate clean! We loved the experience and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a stress free party!

Great food and wonderful people

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jaime. I didn’t catch the chefs name but as a first time food truck patron I felt welcomed. She took her time to answer all of my questions and was sooo sweet. Her energy stood out there was even another Italian truck but I chose Birds nest for the customer service. I promised to come back and I did. Let’s just say money well spent. I grabbed the meatball sliders, chicken parm sliders and the pepperoni pizza egg rolls. With a wait time of under 10 minutes and the food was fresh. Did not taste warmed up like some of the other trucks. I’m glad they were at Wachusett. Thanks again.

I went to the event at Roger Williams park tonight. This was excellent food and service. I had the chicken parm sliders: These sliders are ridiculously good. The chicken wasn’t chewy and the sauce was just right. I’ll be going to events this summer just for this spot. If you see this truck it’s a must stop.
