I went to Burger King today and got the new dragon meal. I noticed that the burger is 2$ more than the normal whopper and the only difference is that the buns are red. Also I got a drink and I tried the sprite and it tasted horrible. I then dumped it and got the lemonade. It tasted like death. I then got the frozen coke and it tasted like dirt. I did not enjoy my experience.

How r u suppose to get inside restaurant or drive up if you don’t plow your parking lot,, Sunday morning around 1100AM during snow ice issue couldn’t get car thru thick went snow and had to back out onto rte 85 because of snow! Not 1st time lot not taking care of in many winter seasons!! U should advertise closed during snow storm, will reopen when snow/ice melts!!!

Got a no look server. Guy refused to make eye contact and clearly had a chip on his shoulder. Maybe he's having a bad morning. While I get it's not a career, I didn't do anything to deserve the attitude. In fact, I was warm and trying to be nice. Anyway, hopefully he has a better afternoon. Just don't take it out on the customer.

On the 23rd of this month I had the misfortune of choosing BK for my lunch. The order came wrong, we went back and said that one of the orders was missing an item. I had a question and called the attendant to ask if I could upgrade it, but he, impatiently, rolled his eyes at me, answered me very arrogantly and turned his back before I even finished speaking. I was very sad and left without my order. By the way, I tried to get a refund but the app is programmed and did not solve my problem.
I work in customer service too and I know it's not easy! But if you're not having a good day, go home. Or if you don't like your job, look for another one that fits your profile.

and from what I saw in other reviews, customer service is constant. It's a shame, because for me, BK in Hudson was the best.

Ordered food through online order to get delivered and got very sick from it. I tried calling the place and they don’t understand a seriousness of food poisoning. It seems like they don’t understand English.

The new design is very nice but it's terrible when you don't see anybody at the desk, just the computer to make an order. The restroom was terrible.
