Was rushed to order at 11:40, i understand it being almost closing, but thats why it's fast food. Came back from a concert and desperately needed food because they closed all the food down at 10:00 at dcu. They have their hours posted that they are open until 12am. Doesn't say that the kitchen closes before that. But still was served burnt dried out burgers that clearly had sat for hours. Like i said its fast food... it not fine dining but im still paying for it and it absolutely shouldnt have been served. Bummed out and hungry ?

Friday Feb 16 2024. Store was closed 15 mins early. The girl refuses to take my order.I took a video as evidence with the time ! That’s bad business ! Your employee is causing Burger King to loose business. She should be fired. Im contacting the director of Burger King to notify him. There’s two other burger kings I could have gone to that I bet didn’t close early! Thanks! I give this store ONE STAR.

Not only on one occasion have they numerously messed up what is it’s just too much to be paying for food that is undercooked. I understand. It is an impossible burger, but there’s no reason the middle of the burger should be red. It is such a waste of money and time and effort to try and feed oneself to have these people just measure food up every time you basically go into the disestablishment is not prepared at times and rushes food out without care of anyone’s health or concern what might happen

This is the highest rated Burger King in the area! Lol. Only took three trips thru the drive thru to get everything right. The guy was nice enough but didn’t listen very well and gave us a sad excuse for a chicken sandwich when they messed up the first one. They’re open til 12am, but mentally close at 9p. Now I remember why I don’t go to fast food

As good as burger king can be. They, more often than not, get my order right. Food tastes fresh and it's a quick and easy place to grab and go.
Rude don’t pay attention to directions repeated my order multiple times asked him to repeat it he didn’t instead said he got it right which was wrong needs a little more training think it was a shift lead as well ??♂️

Worse sandwich ever. I ordered a double cheese burger with bacon. OMG. It had so much mustard and the worse part, HOT SUPER HOT PERRERS and over cooked hard burgers (hockie pucks).. WHY! I PULLED OFF THE PEPPERS, AND USED NAPKINS TO WIPE THE MUSTARD OFF. Still no good.

Drive thru is the worst. They make you wait at the speaker for 10 minutes and then you wait another 5-10 minutes in line before and after before getting your food. Food quality is usually decent for what it is. There is definitely no hurry here. Should be called slow food, not fast food.
