The food was AMAZING! We did wait a while to get our food but the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff made it so worth it. 100% recommend.

Great breakfast food and service. Seating is limited by small size of restaurant. Clean rest room. Veggie omelet was very large. Comes with toast and home fries. Coffee was hot and never had to find someone for a refill.

Vegetarian options: Lots of add on. Veggies, beans, rice, toast , pancakes etc.

Amazing food, I recommend getting one of your specialties or something with the Central American, twist. It seem to be a family run place which is always a good sign. The steak was so tender and everything was great, this is the new spot. The one thing I would suggest was to make chorizo ( any sort of sausage from Centeal Americanany sort of sausage, maybe from Central America) and bring it to the the basic egg cambos. And it was so good, I went back the next morning.

The only bad thing about this place is it is a bit of a small place and because of that there is a bit of a wait most the time but otherwise the food is a 10/10 my fav in the loaded pancakes and the service is really nice and you will always get a warm welcome

Their food is amazing but the best part are the employees. They’re all family, they remember the “regulars”, greet you each time you come in, they remember the usuals. Very reasonably priced with big portions. The food is so good and freshly homemade- only down side is they aren’t open weekdays.. When I was pregnant I would eat and crave their food far too often lol. It’s truly a place filled with pride & love because the sweetest co-owner woman/wife is ALWAYS smiling & happy. Truly a hidden gem in Hudson. A must try!
