Very slow, waited 30 min in an empty drive thru

This was my 1st time having Chick-fil-A I asked my husband if he wanted to go and so we get there and it’s so beautiful and so clean and so put together PERFECT not one straw wrapper on the ground it was a really cool experience i like how they bring you the food to your car and the chicken was AMAZING it was so good the waffle fries I wasn’t too impressed with o did see something on the menus about fries and there was maybe a different kind but I didn’t ask but I’m curious now what the other fries are but we will be coming back again and again and again

I went with my family and we loved it. The food is good and the staff are very friendly, especially Daniel, who was very kind and attentive. He is definitely an employee who should be recognized by the company. Thank you everyone!

The nuggets I order look very sad and had a werid taste. I asked for a replacement and was giving nearly the exact same type very disappointing. Are these old ones they were trying to get rid of. Looking at the fry level between the sandwich and nuggets

Service and quality are off the chain. The sauces are amazing. Waffle fries are gluten free, which kicks ass big time. Goated.

As a delivery driver I greatly appreciate the easy access to a handwashing sink near the pickup area. I wish more restaurants had these available for customers and drivers. The majority of the staff I’ve interacted with are great, polite and conscientious even when inundated with too many orders and a drive-thru backlog.

Literally the absolute slowest drive through experience (or Mobile Thru I guess) I've ever experienced, was late to work because I couldn't even leave the line
Food is good, place is nice. But the customer service is not the best. The associate named “Change” was very rude to me and other customers. Very arrogant and not engaged to his duty, not friendly at all, took my order wrong and I tried to explain it to him he did “he knew it “ and didn’t have it fixed. To correct what was missing I should take the line again. Annoying.
This is my second time at this location and will not be coming back. I will drive to Marlboro, but not to Hudson anymore.

For being brand new, this spot always has issues. Went last week and they were completely out of fries at dinner time on a Friday night. How does a place run out of fries ever? And then when we went in, it was a lie because some people had fries and others didn’t. It was sketchy to say the least.

Its so good we go all the time to this new location that has awesome service 10/10 👏their mac and cheese 😋 is to DIE for; and their waffle fries yummy love the service here !!! Please never change! Prefer it over the marlborough location!

They wait til you get there to start your order instead of like at other Chick Fil A’s where they use your location, and it takes way to long to fill your order. I have been there six times since it opened. Tried all types of food pick ups and have waited every single time, painfully. They need more help and a better way of getting orders ready. It is supposed to be to be fast food. I am not a fan of their in person order area.
