I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. I witnessed a black male customer who had pre-ordered cookies come in to pick them up, only to be told by the staff that they were out of stock. When he politely asked for an explanation, instead of addressing his concerns, the employees began yelling at him to leave and threatened to call the police. This behavior was not only rude but also completely unacceptable. It was disheartening to see how a paying customer was treated. I chose to leave the store in solidarity with him. I believe customers deserve respect and proper service, and this experience has left me with a negative impression of this establishment.
