Y’all need to give my boy Steve a RAISE! Came to this location for the first time and he was so sweet. Was making the cookies fresh and looked like he has such a passion and love for baking, love to see it.
The store was dirty but the customer service was friendly- however they did charge me 3 times and proceeded to tell me that there was “nothing they could do about it” and when i asked for a refund the girl said she couldn’t do that… I worked in fast food so I try to be patient but charging someone $40 for 2 cookies is just wrong. I understand accidents happen but at least own up to them and try to fix them!!! Easy fix- there’s a refund button for a reason!!! I personally...
