Ordered large sparked energy drink with light ice, got a cup a little more than half full, when asked if they were going to fill the cup, they said you asked for light ice and like I was some sort of asshole for suggesting they fill the cup. Wont be going back

This is the best Dunks in the area. There is one closer to my home and I will go to this one before even thinking about going to the other. I go here most mornings before work. The coffee is fresh - never that weird, bitter after taste. The staff are friendly.

It's really annoying how I am constantly given the wrong items or not what I asked for. One time I was given hot coffee with whipped cream when I asked for hot chocolate with whipped cream. Then I am being charged for cream cheese, yet the cream cheese is never in my bag. Now I have to get in the habit of checking my order (if I stop there) prior to leaving because apparently employees at this establishment can not follow simple directions.

One of the better locations. Always get the order correct. Good & friendly service. And the drive thru line moves so much quicker compared to other locations. I'm glad its close to my house, it's my go to D&

This place is absolutely disgusting. Manager made worker go into work while had Covid and was showing symptoms of Covid at work and was still forcing worker to work and serve customers food. DO NOT GO THERE!
Good location for Dunkin. The staff is friendly and inside is always bright and clean. The drive up window is always quick. I've never had to wait in a line when I would go inside to the counter. Always a positive experience at this location.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever worker Shelley and Demarda was very rude when taking my order, she messed up my order which happens is okay but her conduct was very bad and inappropriate she also has poor customer service. Her manager jade was unavailable to speak to which is unfortunate but if you are going to hire people to work in retail that relies mainly on customer service make sure you hire people who have good customer skills. I was happy that I was able to get a refund of my money after having such a bad experience
