I go to this location ALL the time but now they have new workers, its gotten so much worse. A few teenagers that do not care at all and i have to wait upwords of 30 minutes for my mobile order. its genuinely so bad ive been almost late to work in the afternoon cuz it used to be i would order at my house, and by the time i got there it would be ready for me. Now some weird emo teenager takes 5 yrs top make my order and i even sometimes have to ask about my order for them to even start. not going here anymore.fr sybau ts pmo.

I'm a big fan of Dunkin's but usually purchase from the one near CVS - with a great staff and great food. However, when walking the bike path, this one across from Valvoline is handy. Unfortunately, the staff here doesn't seem to pay attention to mobile orders. Today, when I walked in they were surprised to see me waiting for a mobile order and only then started to process the order. I'm sure that this isn't how mobile ordering is supposed to work and this isn't the first time this has happened. Needless to say, I didn't wait for my order. Perhaps this location shouldn't participate in Dunkin's mobile orders or the rewards program
