The salesman added items we didn't request then told us "you should try one of everything." In the end, the bill was quoted at nearly $8k! I can't find their company on the MA Corporate listing and the reviews on Google give me a red flag. There are other reviews with this same sentiment so do your research and ASK QUESTION!

We just placed our 3rd order. All products are top quality and easy to prepare. Ordering is easy and delivery is on time. The delivery drivers organize the freezer and take packaging away. It so convenient not to have to go to the grocery store for meat and basic grocery needs. Pricing over the 6 months is much cheaper than the store.

Excellent service! Meats are fantastic, and we are able to stock up on items we use all the times. Easy to order, no interest financing, and convenient as well! Saves us countless hours grocery shopping, now we just pop in for our perishables (fresh fruit/veggies/dairy). Also, the packaging is great, have not had a single item succumb to freezer burn in the 18 years we have been using this service!

Very disappointed feel kinda cheated , their lifetime replacement only applies for as long as your a customer paid 10k thinking they’d honor their lifetime replacement but I was wrong Heard about them from a friend of a friend had them come out and pitch me and got sold 6m worth of food and dry good everything short of deli meat and bread , also got the whole house water purifier and air filer system for the house . Honestly after what happened in Flint mi the whole house water filter really sold me which included lifetime replacement filters for the water and air purifier

We've been customers for nearly a decade. Hill's is great to work with and they do what they claim. We buy the same food we'd get at the local grocery but it's delivered and packed into the freezer for us! They flash freeze so everything thaws extremely fast.
You must have a dedicated freezer for this. BUY THE ONE FROM THEM! It discounts your food and is CHEAPER than not buying one. No gimmick and the quality of the appliance is amazing. Plus they warranty the food. I can't stress this enough. Last summer my freezer lost power while I was traveling. The entire freezer of food (hundreds of pounds of meat) rotted. It was horrible. One call to Hill's and they replaced the entire inventory. I was so thankful that they held up the promise they made when I bought the freezer, and I didn't have to fight for it. Great company
