No matter how many times I order a sub from there it’s never made right. Literally ever. And it’s always only my sub. We order 4 subs and EVERY TIME only mine is wrong.

One of the employees Jean thinks that she can ignore special instructions because they’re busy and when I asked if they could simply toast my sandwich like I asked I got told they don’t have to toast when they’re busy. Luckily another employee offered to toast my sandwich.

Don’t know why but the person at the register was in a bad mood and you could tell by the face. I work in a restaurant and I know what I am talking about. Maybe the pay is not that great but at least they need to improve customer service.
I think they should offer some dressings that customers can have them … it’s a sandwich place… annoying .

came in and got a simple sandwich which was ham cheese bacon and mayo first the cashier was very rude and snappy i don’t remember his name , then my sandwich was horrible idk how you can mess up a ham and cheese but they for sure did . the cost was outrageous and i mean that in the nicest way i dont mind paying for good quality but i paid $26 for a sub and a drink and the quality was horrible and the service was even worse he told me “i couldn’t surpass the tip portion of the check out that i needed to add a tip in order to finish checking out “ ive never been somewhere that forces you to tip . UNACCEPTABLE! don’t go here

Placed an online order at 1:56 and received an email that it would be ready by 2:11. Arrived inside at 2:05 and there was a couple sitting down eating, a man standing in line talking to a male worker behind the line, and a female worker working the back line/making gluten free sandwiches/online orders; male worker did not ring up anything while I was there nor did he assist me. I knew I arrived early so I stepped to the side to wait for my sandwich; she was about to open the plastic to the gluten free sub I’d ordered for my sandwich. I stayed waiting to the side until 2:14, when I stepped back to the counter - in plain view of the two males still speaking, and the male employee saw me standing there still - and nothing was said about my sandwich being done. the female worker (who was busy making another sandwich for a mobile order) turned and saw me, shocked, and said “you’ve been here!?!” and rushed to hand me my sandwich from the pick up area - which they have blocked off so customers have no option but to speak to an employee to receive their mobile order.

Normally wouldn’t leave a review but when I’m the only customer inside who is standing waiting for a sandwich - and an employee, the male, ignores my entire presence and does nothing to assist me - I’m going to. I want it to be clear that the young woman employee was very apologetic that she didn’t realize I was still standing there waiting, and had to step around the male employee to give me my sandwich… which was directly next to him on the shelf.

Slipped and nearly busted my ass from all the damn oil dripping off my sub. I asked for a little oil and got a bucket of it. It was a soggy f'n mess.

This location always has a bunch of disgruntled employees with zero personality. Also, they just jacked up their already high prices. It's now $13-15 for a regular sub that's way smaller than most other places.

Support local small businesses. You get more, better quality AND pay less.

Normally, I love jersey mikes. It’s my favorite place to get subs, but unfortunately when I went the other night, it was more of a dislike than a love. I’m disappointed, can’t get my money back but I can at least make a review. Don’t go late nights, it’s kind of a bummer. Waste of a gift card :( the woman who served me tho was a wonderful person, very kind. I still will continue to go there but probably during the day instead :/

I visited the one in Bolton Mass near the highland common. The supervisor was nice but the girl at the register was rude. I said hello and smiled and she didn't say one word. After I got my food I said thanks but still she said nothing. 10 minutes later a Caucasian kid came in with his father and she said HI! Then gave them their food and she smiled and said thanks! I wonder what that was all about? I'm not quick to make things about race honestly I never do but the only factor here was that I was a person of color. Management should look in this. It's quite sad. As a business owner myself I train my staff to have a high level of respect and to convey good manners to everyone.
