Disappointed in the Hudson, MA KFC Experience I used to be a regular at this KFC, but I stopped coming about a year ago—and unfortunately, nothing has changed. If you try to order anything after 9 PM, you’re likely to hear the same response: “We don’t have enough chicken,” followed by a limited offer of just wings or thighs. No substitutions, no effort to make the family meals work—just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
What’s more frustrating is the atmosphere behind the counter. It often feels more like a high school hangout than a professional business. The energy and attitude don’t reflect the standards you’d expect from a national brand like KFC.
I genuinely enjoy KFC, and this is the only location I’ve had consistent issues with. It makes me wonder if the owner is aware of how much business is lost every night after 9 PM. Something doesn’t add up—whether it’s poor planning, product being held back, or just a lack of accountability.
I miss being able to count on this place for a quick, satisfying dinner after work. I really hope management steps up and turns this location around.

This location is very disappointing the service is okay if you have patience of a nun. You could be staring a Employee down when you come to pick up and they pretend you not there. Have had issues with missing food and drinks; and have no easy way for a refund when not during business hours. The app is a pain in the butt with a stupid virtual assistant.

We wanted to get mac & cheese and some chicken for dinner, so decided to go to this KFC near our hotel. It was about an hour before closing, the store was empty but there were plenty of customers in drive thru lane and for take out. This KFC shared the location with Taco Bell as well.
The inside of the store was so nice, loved the iconic bucket hanging from the ceiling. Lots of tables for dining in. We put in order in a kiosk. Sadly it took them 20 minutes tell us they didn’t have the original chicken anymore, so we settled for crispy ones. Took them another 10 minutes to hand us our order. The staff in general were friendly.
Despite such disappointing service, the food was incredible. The mac and cheese, coleslaw, chicken all were so tasty. And the biscuits, I can’t forget them, those were so nice. After eating these delicious meal, we let go some of our grudge for the slowest service.

Honestly really good food from this KFC. Chickens were crispy, warm, good portion. Biscuits and Mac&cheese were buttery.
We definitely waited a while for the food to come out. Looked like lots online orders and they seemed to finish those orders first.
The dining area was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. This was 21:00 (9pm). I’m assuming they did the cleaning for the night

Just had a great experience coming to kfc hudson , Customer service was 10/10 ! The workers greeted me the moment i walked in the door & told me about the specials they were serving . The store manager convinced me to get the tenders & waffles the meal was AMAZING hot & fresh definitely recommend !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i went to Hudson Mass with some friends and we all ordered a big meal and still had plenty to take home and the place was very clean and the service was absolutely perfect and all our orders were correct no mistake whatsoever and I'm with my friends and family keep up the amazing work Hudson employees and management i will be back Adam
Good people, better quality fry than the one I normally went too. And is well cooked and definitely cleaner restaurant than the lowell location. Absolutely great job.

Food was fine. Typical KFC, and the place seems to have been remodeled within the past few years, so that was fine, but they made a mistake with my order. I REALLY hate that. I ordered through the app. All the requests are RIGHT THERE ON THE SCREEN.
