I left a detailed review already but it basically says I was missing about $20 in food and it disrupted our entire meal. Sadly I’ve come to expect subpar service from this KFC. And don’t try to call them because the number listed gives you an answering service type message and the box is full. Too bad our bellies aren’t full.

My review is split and here’s how:Restaurant Service- 1⭐️ : I put a delivery order in through the KFC app. The order was delivered and missing a 12-piece nugget. My husband called the restaurant 11 times, and left a voicemail including the order number and issue.Deliver Driver (from Door Dash) 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (but really a 10/10!!) Our dash driver stayed in contact with us and went back to the restaurant himself and handled the problem and then returned with a hot 12 piece nugget. 10/10 to Luiz - we can’t review him in dash because we didn’t use the dash app but he deserves a review!!!Yes, the restaurant replaced missing nuggets, and they were hot and delicious, BUT without our dasher physically going back to the restaurant to make the problem known, and ask for the food, the restaurant never would have known there was a problem with the order.

The quality was decent, but the pricing still seemed high for the portion size. Each piece of chicken, even the small wings, costs around $4.
Get people on the head phones to talk right and not foreign language and when you order a $20 fill up it shouldn’t be up on the menu and then tell you that you have to go online to order it all together it sucks now nothing like it was when I was growing up get to the window and then the person says we don’t have that close the place down if you don’t have enough food

I'm pretty sure I ordered a 5pc chicken tender meal and I only got 3 pieces. After a day long work it would be nice to have the right stuff for my meal. On top of that I never got a receipt so I cant even look to see what they put down. I also asked for Fries instead and got exactly what I didn't want...
