Service was great and drinks were good but the food was horrible. My eggs Benedict with homemade hash was cold, it was essentially unseasoned pulled pork for their hash and no dressing in the green.

Everyone at my table had cold food and the seasoning was non existent. I’m a former professional chef and would be embarrassed to send out that food. Literally no seasoning at all. Probably won’t be joining them for brunch again.

the food choices are unique and tasty (although not Scottish at all as one might suspect from the name). the portions vary in size, some quite generous (especially their french fries), others not-- e.g. their burger was small for a pub. I had their vegetarian lasagne, and it was an excellent choice. My wife had fish and chips and shared more than half with me after filling herself. the entire party had different items, and only the one with the burger was not pleased. most left food because they were happily full.

Vegetarian options: there are vegetarian options in each category, but they concentrate more on "locally sourced" items that are distinctive and thus have more non-vegetarian choices

The pan seared salmon and the tot poutine with home fries were both delicious.

Early Brunch with a group of eight friends. Good food. Something for everyone. Big Portions. Very strong coffee. OK service. Busy place would recommend a reservation as one of a shrinking number of places open for brunch on Sundays.

Cute spot in downtown Hudson. Happened to catch brunch on a recent Saturday. The reuban sandwich, hamburger, and papusas were all winners. Def want to come back and get some of the other unique items on their menu like the moco loco and baked potato soup. Service was quick and attentive. There’s a few parking spaces in back, otherwise you will need to find street parking or a nearby lot.

Wasn't sure why, but our meals just didn't taste up to the normal standard that they do. Both of us had eggs benedict, and neither one of the English muffins was cooked or fried, it was like it was just right out of the package and thawed. Eggs tasted a bit off don't know if they had a substitute cook on today or it's just a bad day first time in 3 years at the food wasn't A+

This is a great local place.

Food is delicious and you can get brunch lunch and dinner every day of the week. Sundays they do close at 4pm for a well deserved rest.

Also many people complain about parking. I have eaten here over a 100 times and have never had to walk more than 1 minute. They have. Small parking lot in back. On street parking on the side street of the restaurant is always there. Also many people park it the armory parking lot across the street and there is a crosswalk right there. There is plenty of parking within 1 minute. The large public lot is also a 2 to 3 minute walk. Stretch your legs and enjoy Hudson.

The brunch is awesome. You have original dishes like the breakfast gnocchi you can’t find anywhere else and the delicious items like steak and blue Benedict. If going for dinner you will never have a better pork chop and the seasonal tuna variation. Is always killer. If you ever want any modifications etc the kitchen is great and a true scratch kitchen. They smoke their own meats which are always delicious

The drinks are all delicious and they have a great bourbon selection. They have a seasonal menu that changes a couple times a year too.

Service is always good and it is like a local cheers with a lot of regulars for both lunch and dinner. Sit down and join in and it will be one of your local go to spots.

They are big supporters of the local community and care about the town which is great to see.

Also check out their web page for the delicious food truck, wine tastings and other fun events they love to host.

Parking: There is limited free parking on the street and there is a parking lot behind. The parking lot used to dedicated to another restaurant which is under construction. Whether you can park there in the future after the construction is done remains to be seen.

Parking: Parking can be tricky, there are a few lots that are a very short walk.

GREAT STAFF!!! Our service was impeccable. I can't speak highly enough. For the price, the food was good, but not great. I will definitely be going back in hopes that my food experience was the result of an off night.
