The employees were so friendly and cute, and I appreciate that. The place smelled so incredibly awful when we went and not only that but they clearly have a bug issue. The garnishes and other bar items were SWARMED and covered with little flies. It felt like a place for senior citizens. I don’t mean to be rude but it just wasn’t up to par with the rest of downtown Hudson. I can’t imagine eating food here, when we realized how dirty it was we paid our drink tab and left.

Solid appetizer selection and yummy meals. Plenty of tables and attentive staff. Was able to accommodate our large group on way home from botanical gardens lights. Parking lot is a bit small.

I’ve been here about 6 + times over the past 5 years. Started out excellent. Unfortunately, each time has gotten worse. The food is just blah now. Chicken wings were boring. Caesar salad was oddly flavorless I think because the dressing would not stick to the lettuce. A while back 2 people in our party got the rib eye steak special and it was so not worth 48, both were very disappointed. Onion soup is delicious!!!Last night, the short rib gnocchi was really mostly gnocchi with a small bit of short rib and lacking brussel sprouts. Bolognese and chicken parm were just okay, not flavorful at all. Fish n chips; fish was tasty but extremely thin (and I have had this at different times there). They do make the best french fries!!!!!!both in the restaurant and on the truck! Burgers are always delicious. I never write reviews but I really want to LOVE the food there but it’s just lacking now. I’m hoping it improves!

Everything about the restaurant has been fantastic, most of the food was really good. Unfortunately the catfish wasn't prepared correctly and left a very bad taste in our mouth and for the price of everything it just brought the overall experience

The rest of our food was okay, but the catfish was prepared improperly. Having grew up in the south, I can tell you that the mud vein was not removed, resulting in a terrible bottom of the lake taste(mud and algae tasting). The pork chops were delicious and so were the truffle Parmesan tater tots. The host was very courteous but the catfish spoiled the meal.

Love this place! The coffee cake waffle is AMAZING and I don’t normally like sweet breakfast items.
Ordered steak tips medium rare came well well done, the broccoli was cooked indescribably. My wife and I shared a meal and could not finish it, because it was inedible. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Should have looked at reviews before going there.

First major kudos to Alyssa who was bar tendering, waitressing, putting take-out orders together, bussing tables, dressing sandwiches, etc…. doing it all with no other help. You are extremely lucky to have Alyssa. We sat down around noon. The cauliflower appetizer was great. Don’t know what was happening in the kitchen, as we waited a more than an hour for the food. Alyssa apologized several times and nothing was her fault. The baked fish and chips could NOT have been more dry, over cooked, and smelled like old fish. The fries were also overcooked and sat under an heat lamp for some time waiting for the fish; and therefore were not hot by the time the fish was plated. The take-out orders, many waffles, pancakes and sandwiches, seemed to take a precedence over seated customers. Definitely will not be returning any time soon.

I've had series of bad experiences here. I don't think they are serious about what comes out of their kitchen. It's like whatever. I eat out a lot, but this place disappoints every single time. This feels like one of those places where you ask them what is something on this menu that you're comfortable making for me, instead of picking something that you want for yourself. Hope they do something about it
