Good bagels and coffee here. The bacon, cheese and egg on an everything bagel was delicious and abundant. Both indoor and covered outdoor seating. Can still get a good breakfast and coffee for two, including gratuity, under $30. Located on the part of Main Street that has all of the best restaurants in Hudson. Good choice for breakfast or brunch; but other great choices next door for lunch/dinner.

They should update the closing hours to 2pm instead of 2:30. Don’t go there past 2pm because the door will be closed. Bagels are delicious but the price is steep, expect to pay at least $12 for a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. Boston are pricing.

Delicious bagels. So much topping (poppy seeds/everything bagel, etc) you can't tell which is the top vs the bottom

Wife and I just tried Bagel Factory for the first time after wanting to for some months. We each ordered sausage egg and cheese w/ avocado, she got sesame bagel I got everything bagel. Overall I would agree with majority of reviews, it’s good enough but nothing to write home about. Our bagels were not very flavorful relative to their presentation - my everything bagel was covered with seasoning but definitely lacked the flavor I was expecting. It seems like the egg and sausage are minimally seasoned, my wife had to add salt and pepper and even then it was still bland. Lastly, my wife noticed there was no butter on her bagel. We noticed after the fact that adding butter is an option which is perfect until you see that adding butter costs $4.21! You could buy an entire tub of butter at the store for that!
Overall, it’s not that the bagels were inedible, they just severely lacked in flavor. I would happily pay $12 for a bagel, however I would never pay $12 for this bagel, especially considering it could’ve cost $16(!!!) with butter. Nothing about our meal has me yearning to go back anytime soon.

Bagel was very fresh and crispy. I had the egg and cheese on a jalapeño cheese bagel. And the jalapeños were ACTUALLY spicy. Yum. The only issue I had wasn’t with the quality of the food but the fact that the advertised prices on the board don’t reflect what they actually charge. The prices at the register are 50 cents higher than advertised. It’s a matter of principle that doesn’t sit right w me.
