Wife and I just tried Bagel Factory for the first time after wanting to for some months. We each ordered sausage egg and cheese w/ avocado, she got sesame bagel I got everything bagel. Overall I would agree with majority of reviews, it’s good enough but nothing to write home about. Our bagels were not very flavorful relative to their presentation - my everything bagel was covered with seasoning but definitely lacked the flavor I was expecting. Bagel was very fresh and crispy. I had the egg and cheese on a jalapeño cheese bagel. And the jalapeños were ACTUALLY spicy. Yum.
The only issue I had wasn’t with the quality of the food but the fact that the advertised prices on the board don’t reflect what they actually charge. The prices at the register are 50 cents higher than advertised. It’s a matter of principle that doesn’t sit right w me.

no complaints about the service or the atmosphere, salt bagel with real butter double toasted was absolutely great. coffee was run of the mill, probably would skip the coffee next time but the bagels are outstanding.
Parking: depending on time of day there's plenty of parking, by lunch time it's pretty tight but in the morning there's ample spots.
